Let me just start by saying I've tried MANY waist training including Keyshia Ki'oir ($100) waist trainer and I can say by far this is the BEST I've ever had. It fits amazing! snug but comfortable, the material is great and I can ebem wear it under my clothes without it being noticed. and as a bonus it really gives me that hour glass shape. Only con is, be careful I've gotten my stomach skin caught it the zipper a few times and OUCH!! its painful. Overall very very very satisfied. I plan on ordering another as a back up :)

I'm 5'3 n weigh 165 I bought a XL n luv it. Fits perfect but should of bought large it is at the very first notch n cant go any tighter. The bonning does bother sum when seated n adjust panties to help not dig in my thighs. This by far is best one n comfy I have found n feel very well supported n looks great besides bonning. Def going to size down now that I have been wearing it.

I love this! I have went thru several different brands and types of waste trainers, this ones by far my favorite and I think it’s because the zipper. I am 5’3 and weigh 150 I am planning for this to help me lose the 15 pounds I want off. It’s very easy to put on and take off & I love how you can’t see it when I wear clothes.
