I’ll be honest when I first put it on it hurt like hell. It eventually adjusted or I got used to it lol. Either way I did notice a definite change in my stomach. I believe that with exercise & diet, in which I’m not headstrong on either🤷🏽‍♀️, u will see a significant difference. I’m actually about to order a smaller one. It’s worth the purchase!

I mostly wear it around the house but I love that it’s seamless under my clothes. The extra support of the hooks is great, really gets you all in there. (Im 150 pounds and 5’8 and i bought a small)Ive bough prevents other waist trainers and this one knocks those out of the park. This waist trainer has bones which gives tons of support and prevents creasing and wrinkles, the quality of the material feels amazing and definitely not cheap, and it overall just looks really good. It helps my posture and makes me back feel better as well. It does leave a bit of a hang over on your upper area but that can be easily hidden with the right sports bra. 10/10 best waist trainer you can get on amazon
