It fits good once you can get it on but it’s a little hard to do it by yourself. It holds everything in and good back support. I ordered an xl I’m like 5’5 and 190lb and it fits good not too tight that I can’t bare it.

You gotta follow the measurements! I ordered a 2XL and I'm 191 lbs and 5'4 . I carry most my weight in my midsection. The first time I put it on I was STRUGGLIN! The next day was way easier. It helps with posture and is still comfortable when you're sitting.

I went under my size because in the past when I've bought waist trainers they weren't small enough to make a difference but this one is true to size. I bought a larger new one and I'm keeping the other one for when it can hopefully fit better. I love the fact that it has the hooks and the zips. It really sucks everything in and makes a big difference in the mirror and doesn't look like I'm wearing anything under my clothes.

Listen!! This is the BEST tummy binder i have ever had and I’ve had over 40. Believe me! It’s hard to flatten my tummy out due to loose skin and diastasis recti from a twin pregnancy. Everybody think i had a tummy tuck with this on :) lol

I have no words because I am so pleased... but again I do. TALK ABOUT MY WAIST IS SINCED IN SECONDS!!!! 😱 I instantly look like I lost all my belly fat. I plan to get lipo and this is giving me the exact look I am going for. Maybe I don’t even need lipo anymore. Lol. The material is comfortable and doesn’t fold up. Love the zipper. It doesn’t show through clothing and it gives you an instant lift and back support. I will order a full torso to conceal the bra rolls but this is a good investment. Omg I’ve been waist training for years n this is one of the best trainers I’ve used. I’m 5ft3 175 32 waist and 48 hips 34 H in breast I’m very curvy but I have A small frame n this fits comfortable I Purchased a size large It’s very comfortable to work out in however I’m going to order a medium I am already on the last hook. I will use the large for exercising and I will use the medium to train my waist in all day.You would not be disappointed and it doesn’t Bulk in the back. A must get.

I got a XL and it fits perfect. It is true to size. Great to workout in and for just general wear if needed. I love that it has 2 ways to close, zipper and clamps. Would recommend!
