    Obviously, it makes you instantly slimmer. Its very comfortable and breathable. Im able to do all of my daily activities - feels a little restricted when bending over , but not too bad. Enhances sweating and im able to work out with it on!

    I had weigh loss surgery and was losing weight so fast. My tummy had so much extra skin I needed to find something that could support it and this was it! I bought 3 of these over the course of a year.. They are built tough.. Hard to put on my first few times but eventually got the hang of it.. wore them up until my tummy tuck surgery. Surgery took off 5.5 pounds of skin.. Now I am happy to say I dont need them anymore. BUT this is a must buy.. you will be amazed at what kind of shape you can go from and become. The photos were from a few months back when I was using the product. Also cant tell its on under your clothes.. I even wore them to work out at the Gym.

    This is my third purchase from this sellar. I began with the 5x about a year ago and have progressively worked my way down to a 3x. I have owned the 5, 4 and now 3x. They wear great. Even under clothes. I would recommend a tank top under certain fabrics as the clasp can sometimes show through. My only issues was with my 5x- one of the clasp pulled out and the boning popped on the bottom. But I had no issues with my 4. I wore my 3x all day today while driving and shopping and it held up wonderfully! I would certainly recommend.

    I love this waist trainer, my co worker had it and I borrowed it for a bachelorette weekend and fell in love. The material is kinda like a latex making it super smooth strong and compfortable underclothes. It makes be feel so much more compfortable in slim fitting clothes. My husband even noticed that my waist looked smaller when I had it off I wear it 8 hours a day and I definitely can feel and see a difference. I am 5'4 and 135 lbs and bought a small. I have actually lost 2 lbs since wearing this (2 weeks) it suppresses your appetite because it's so tight I don't over eat . It is semi permanent results so don't expect your hourglass figure to stay if you're not wearing it. Start on the loosest clamps and tighten it after a week then you will eventually buy the next smallest size

    I do like this product. It’s difficult to choose the right size. With a 27 waist I ordered a medium. If I do get to the 3rd & smallest size I will be mind blown! However, after a few wears I am ready to move to the 2nd set of eyelets. I have worn it upside down so I have more coverage on my upper back. To put it on, I start from the bottom. I have a short waistline. Next purchase I will try a product specifically for this issue.

    Fits true to size I have at least 3 other waist clinchers An by far my favorite so far.Holds you in with enough firmness to make a difference .First time wear is a little difficult to put on .Do not get discouraged second time is the charm by the third wear you won't want to go out without it.Give you an hourglass body .
