I had a other waist trainers so far this one is my favorite. It does not leave marks on my back like previous waist trainers. It covers my whole torso which I love. My waist was a 38 and I went 2 to 3 inches down to get a snug fit and it's perfect. I went down 4 inches on my waist (34). I'm currently on the second row and when I'm down to the fourth I'll definitely order the next size down.

This product is to be worn under a dressy dress. It should work very well. I tried it on to get the feel of it and it feels as you might expect. It is constricting but that's what I wanted. It also gives me a more defined waist which I wanted.

I'm around 150 lbs and bought a medium. When i first got it, a few weeks ago, I had it on the first hooks but recently started putting it on the second set of hooks. It smooths you out for tighter fitting clothes and can be worn for long periods of times. I also noticed that it makes you eat less, which is a plus. If you're thinking about buying this, definitely do it!!
