    This is my second latex waist trainer. I used it so much that the first became to loose so I had to buy a second tighter one. I love to wear it under a big shirt if I am running errands. I only like to use it if I am running or at home cleaning. It is hard to do sit ups on this. When I wear it. I dont feel hungry as much, and when I do eat I can only eat small amounts. You have to wear this waist trainer under a shirt because the hooks can get caught in your skin. I love it!!

    I love it! ' I took a chance and ordered small instead of a large which was recommended in the size chart. (Fyi I did measure myself before ordering 40in') The package came way earlier than I expected. Tried it and it fits, hold me in perfectly. Its a bit of a struggle to put in but i expected it to be since i ordered 2sizes smaller than the recommended size. It doesn't look or feel cheap at all.

    It fits perfectly just had some trouble finding my right size, ordered it like three different times. But I love it, I wear it everyday and I wear it to workout and it helps a lot only been wearing it for less than Week and I see y body shaping

    Just got it in the mail today. This is my first waist trainer and I absolutely love it! My waist is a size 34 but wanted to order one a few sizes smaller so I purchased the medium one! I'm 5'6 & 150lbs if that helps! It fits very snug and I'm on the first set of hooks. Hoping to get to the last set very soon. Anyway I recommend this to anyone looking for a good quality affordable waist trainer.
