(Ignore the name, me abd my boyfriend share an account) Package came right to my door. I ordered the black XL. I'm 5'9 and weight 192 pounds...my waist is like a 31 I think ... Fits great on the first hooks I can't weight to see my body by the time I get to the 3rd hook ! Love it

I just received my waist trainer and I must say I love it!! It helps with my posture and not only that I don't feel stuffed like a lot of my grittles use to have me. I can move around, bend town, and everything. I have a XL and fits really good!!

Love this waist shaper. It's just what I was hoping for. I don't write reviews but, this is probably one of the best waist shapers I've had. The material is very durable and it can on its delivery date.

This is the first waist trainer I've purchased. I was a little nervous on the sizing, but I went with my instincts and ordered a large. I wear size med-large in shirts and measured 34 around my belly button. It fits perfect. A little hard to get on at first but I want it tight. Once it's on it wasn't too tight that I was uncomfortable or couldn't breathe, but tight enough to do what it's intended to do.

The quality is excellent. Very thick and not itchy or irritating to my skin. I have somewhat of a short torso and this fit me great length wise. A little shy of my bra strap on my back, but doesn't create any issues.

I have yet to wear this regularly to see if there are any results to my waist size.

UPDATE: Photo included after 7 days of use, 4 hours each morning. *I also used Hot Shot lotion with my trainer* Lost 2 inches!

I am 5'3 , 160 lbs and have a waist trainer from another company that is so uncomfortable on my back, I never wear it. It is 9 in length and a size large.

I ordered this lover-beauty in a size large as well, which is 11 in length (if you order the large and up. I think it said the medium and under is 10 ) and it's much more comfortable along the top of my back, making my back buldge a little more contained than the shorter waist trainer lol. I was even able to wear it for 5 hours on the first day of wear, with no complaints!

I also love the color. I ordered the nude color and it's actually quite a pretty tan/beige.

I do have experience with waist trainers and steel boned corsets. The real, steel boned corsets, that lace in the back, are not flexible at all and are too bulky to wear under clothes, in my opinion. The trainers I've tried, similar to this one, do give you a waist reduction, if worn a lot. I just didn't ever want to wear my recent one because of the back issue. I have also tried a waist trainer with straps, that cover your back, but they always bother my shoulders, when worn all the time.

With all that being said, I believe this lover-beauty trainer is a good fit for me and it seems like it's made well!

Definitely sucks in your gut, wore it for 6 hrs today, the first 2 hrs were very uncomfortable, hard to sit. After a while you got use to it, I was happy to take it off tho lol. Today was day 1 hope to see results soon . P.s /// made out of very sturdy material. Not cheap at allllll.... Great bang for your buck. Follow size chart to the T had to send my first order back in exchange for a diff size. ! No issues with that tho just got it overnighted

At first I had ordered a L because that's my shirt size but I found that it was a little too tight so I went a size up (XL) and it fits perfect, it's comfortable, it's improved my posture and boosts up my boobs! I absolutely love it! At the moment I have no complaints, now I just hope it helps with my problem areas!

I absolutely love the structure and the effectiveness of this waist trainer/ waist cincher/ corset. It has already begun to help narrow my waist a bit more than my previous waist trainer and i've only been using it a few days! The only issue i have with this waist trainer is that it can become itchy and irritating after a few hours (4-7) and i like to wear my waist trainer for 12 hours a day. I will say that the irritation was much less when I sprinkled the inner fabric with a bit of baby powder.
