This is my second garment from them and I plan to buy another soon since I've cinched thru two sizes already. Happy girl!!! I been waist training on and off for over 15years and had solely used steel boned back lacing corsets that cost waaaay to much money and are extremely heave(mine are about 5lbs). I have a long torso so finding waist trainers online doesn't usually work for me. I came across this brand and thought I would give it a try.
Last year I packed on the pounds and needed a little extra help with my weight lose regime. So I decided to give this brand a try. I wanted something more comfortable than my lace up corsets to wear under clothes and the gym. Buy this, especially if you have a longer torso!! It seamlessly hides under my clothes, fixes my posture, and I can also wear it to the gym without it hurting. I started out with the XL and will now be going down to a medium. These things are great. It's a gradual process but if your stick with it, it will work to trim your waist line down and give you a beautiful hourglass shape.

I know most ppl say this but I really never review or comment on anything but I actually really love this waist trainer. I've never used one before and I absolutely love it! I definitely recommend it, you need to buy it and CANT beat that price! I'd just say to start wearing it for a few min/hrs at a time don't go right in with 8 hrs. The first day I wore it for 2 and a half hours and I got a MASSIVE headache and had to take it off right away. So the next day I wore it for an hour and increased by 30 min and so on.. And saw results IMMEDIATELY. The next day it only took like 2 min to get it all hooked.

Great price for superior quality. Easiet pair ive ever had to sync to blue tooth. They look pretty sharp too. The case is so convenient too. The wire they're encased in isn't going to tangle and feels very durable

Just look at the pics! Wore the pink Velcro trainer first before this one by the same brand postpartum from day one after giving birth. Before pregnancy (this was number 4) I was 147 lbs and 5'8 . The adjustable velcro straps made it possible to wear from the beginning while post-pregnancy muscles and skin couldnot fully support organs as they could pre-pregnancy due to being extremely stretched out. I wore it for a few hours a day from day one and slept in it on night 2 and 3 with it being comfortable, but secure. Within a few days that huge jelly, 6 month pregnant, postpartum look was more of a pot belly. On day seven I only had a pudge and could fit the silicone courset, this one by the same brand that I bought together. This trainer was a size small with only three limited adjustments that after delivery I could not get either end past the sides of my waist and I thought I would never have been able to fit it before or after because I thought I got the wrong size and was planning to give to a very small friend of family member. I was amazed when on day seven I could squeeze this second corset on at the largest link adjustments after using this pink velco one. Very please with this product and brand. Great quality and surprisingly both trainers are comfortable and don't pinch. I never expected dramatic results. I was only hope for moderate support that would help aid me in getting in shape along with a little exercise which I am not us to. I love it! I am shocked and amazed! Will recommend to any new mommy wanting to get back in shape.
Just look at the pics at day seven, my much more in shape belly still with the dark vertical pregnancy line (linea nigra). There is a pick of me with the other pink one too at day 2 after delivery while me abdomens was enormous and stretches out it held it all together and got it much smaller in a few days. I am amazed. This is baby number four and it usually took me months for the first two and about a year with the third to get this small with little or no exercise just health foods.

. I was using a blue one from the same company that was Small. It got too big on me after a while so I decided to buy this one which is an XS. I don't feel a difference between the two? In wearing it on the tightest setting and it's only been a day. I'm going to wear it for about a week and try wearing an XXS later on.

Really good I had no problems! The results don't come too quick so make sure you wear it a lot and super tight!! I was a medium and already am going to a small after a month !! Like i said if you wear a lot you'll see results faster and by that I mean wear it for like 10 hours + a day! Don't eat junk food either!! It interferes with it! I made the mistake of trying to eat fast food a few times and it just made me grow a small pudge on my stomach :( but go on really long walk & hikes and wear it!! The more you sweat the better!! My boyfriend loves it he says he loves the way my curves feel ;) so I recommended 100%!!!!

I ordered this waist trainer on a whim because I'm trying to get rid of my love handles and contain my tummy area while I work out and what not, and let me just tell you I am in love with this waist trainer! I am 5'1 175 pounds and I ordered a xxxl and I could've gotten away with ordering a xxl or even an xl because I already have an hour glass shape so the top was a little lose on the first row but fit perfect on the second row! You will not be disappointed if you order this product it does not roll up on the sides or when you bend over. it helps with posture. It also fit my torso perfectly I was worried it wouldn't be long enough but it defiantly is the right lenght for me. within just a week of having it I can tell a difference in my hips and tummy! I love this waist trainer!!! It's hard to put on by yourself at first but once you do it one time it gets easier. It has some stretch but not to much, which I like personally. But I defiantly would recommend this to anyone looking for a low cost good quality waist trainer!

I am like in love with this waist trainer. It did take two attempts to put it on because I ordered a size smaller than I should have, but I have been wearing it for 8 hours and I am able to breathe okay and eat without wanting to throw up. It's the right type of tight. I look instantly slimmer because my posture is great and I am getting that hour glass I needed for my dress.

I have heard and bad things on these but I absolutely love mine!!! I had a c section a little over a year ago and I was not planning on one. My muscles are kaput and I don't have the best eating habits I didn't know portion control. But this helps me not eat so much also! I drink lots of water now and these pictures are using it for two weeks!!! The first photo is now and the second two weeks ago

I'm 5'2 and 156 pounds. I got the XL. I always wear my pants over my stomach. I don't understand why people let their stomachs hang over. It looks gross, but for this review I did that so you can see how big I really am and how great this worked. It completely sucked me in. I looked great!

Love the material is comfortable but I can't have it on for more then 6 hr just bcuz I do million things and I feel it take me longer time to do them.
I think if you use it when work out 2 hrs is enough. need to keep trying more and use it more but was a great purchase for the price I recommended

Just received this yesterday and am very happy so far! I'm 5'3 and 134 lbs. I ordered a small. While putting it on for the first time was a bit challenging, it definitely feels like it is doing it's job. I tried sleeping in it, but ended up taking it off in the middle of the night. Putting it back on the next morning was not as difficult.its definitely very snug on the first hook. Hoping to see some significant results in time (trying to recapture my once-tiny-waist after having two kids).

This is a great product! I thought because of the cheap price it would be cheaply made but it is great material and definitely fits as expected! I started off on the third notch and 3 days later I'm on the first notch i can definitely tell the difference in just 3 days! Please don't waste your money on those $60-120 waist trainers!!!! It is a rip off they just get them from cheap places and resell them for way more!!!

Love this thing so much! Came in two day which was great, fits really well (followed the review advice and ordered a size up, I am 5'4 145 lbs and I got a size large and it's a great fit) and it makes me feel so confident when I'm wearing it! It keeps everything tight and compressed and trains your body to remain that way even after you remove the trainer. Obviously it's going to take more than one day to see long lasting results but I already see really great temporary results! Takes some getting used to wearing around but once you get the hang of it, you'll barely know it's there. Great product!

THIS WORKS. I changed my eating habits and started working out regularly and had this to go along with it. I was working out and eating healthy for a month, but couldn't lose lower belly fat. This did the trick! I was 115 lbs when I received this and now down to 110lbs. Of course diet and exercise helped but this gave me an hour glass figure and trimmed down my love handles. It is tight at first and then after a week you notice it being lose. This waist trainer is great for losing water weight and also for extra sweating during workouts. I took this thing off and was drenched in sweat, but it was worth it.
