It one of the best product I bought. My waste move from 71 cm on 63 in one month . Just don't give up . At the beginning its not so comfortable, but when you use , results are coming so fast . I will recommend every women , who would like to shape and change waiste size !!Kisses and thank you !

Unfortunately I'm on the tightest row of the large, but the quality is AMAZING! It fits great, it isn't binding, and it's super comfortable. I'm gonna go ahead and order myself a medium now and work my way out of this large. I love it so much.

I was really scared that corset was going to be cheaply made but I just got it today and I absolutely love it! I'm 5'10 150lbs and I got a large, I had to lay down and squeeze it on but now that it's on it's not too bad. If you wear tight shirts you can kind of see the clips in the front, that's the only down side. Other than that it makes my body look really good and hopefully with the exersicising I've been doing I'll see a change in my waist line.

I ordered the 3x about an month ago. This is my first time wearing a waist trainer. It was tight, but after wearing it for about 3 weeks it started loosen up. I'm currently wearing the trainer and plan on ordering the 2x this week. I only have two issues : The puffiness at the top and the hooks started to come a loose form the fabric. I had to re-stitch three of them. So far so good it holding up. I know your probably thinking it was too tight, it wasn't I promise you. The stitching wasn't that great on three of them. I have lower belly fat (kangaroo pouch) that once I pull everything in the top is puffy. I have a short torso and haven't found the perfect waist trainer. Also the back fat was a huge issue until I manage to have my love one pull the waist trainer up as high as he could get it. It's very uncomfortable but its worth it. I wore it like that for about 2 weeks until I noticed a difference. Now my back fat is smaller and hardly noticeable I'm not a healthy eater all the time. I only attend the gym maybe once or twice a week.. My cheat day is every Friday. This one is worth wearing. Just have to do more sit ups until the puffiness is gone.
FYI: I'm 5'2 weight 220. Looking at me you would never guess this is my weight.

I ordered this trained seven weeks post partum. I am about 5'9 150lb and my waist measured about 34 and I ordered a large. It fits properly, but was super hard to put on the first few times. The quality of the product is really great for the price. The only thing I would say is this one might be a little bit too long for very petite girls, so if you are on the shorter side I couldn't recommend it. I have a decently long torso and it is a little bit long on me. You can definitely wear it under clothes though and hide it well!

When I got pregnant, I weighed 118 lbs on a 5'6 frame. Very thin. I got huge around the middle, and after I gave birth, my lower pooch stayed. My kid is 4 now, and no amount of exercise or weight-loss has helped. I currently weigh 145, and while I like my size, my lower belly makes me self conscious. I measured my waist and got about 31 inches at the smallest part. I ordered the large. It fits just snug enough on the loosest row of hooks to be comfortable enough to wear under clothes as a girdle type deal. The second row of hooks gives me a squeeze (like the Pinterest- saran wrap -and- acebandage type of squeeze). I can't latch the third row of hooks myself, so there is room for this thing to work I guess. The product seems sturdy enough and I haven't had any warping when I sit (at a computer for hours at a time for work)

I am 5'8, 275lbs. My waist is a 43, so I got the 5xl. It fits perfectly! It gathered all my problem areas in! I even sit and stand correctly. It's a little short but it is not a big issue. It is firm so don't do any hardcore workouts. I just put it on and go on with my day and take an hour walk. The material inside is sort of breathable. It did help me lose inches, fit my clothes perfectly. I will buy again!

The waist trainer works great for me. It helps me to not over eat therefore that helps me lose weight. I've been drinking nothing but water and I'm ready start my diet Monday 5/23/16. My Waist trainer came Wednesday 5/18/16 I wore mine for 10 hours so far on Wednesday and Thursday, and of course took it off to shower and stuff. Today is Friday and I already lost 3lbs so that's pretty amazing to me. I haven't worked out and dieted yet but I am going to Monday so I'll see faster results, but wow it does shrink your stomach inches and weight for me! Love it! I'll update in June so you'll see a picture from 5/18/16-6/18/16. This is my before picture with the purple tank and tan bottoms

I have a 30inch waist, 5'4, 145 lbs. I bought a Medium and it fit just right. Measurement guide says a Large was my correct size, but I went based on reviews. I was able to get it on the third (tightest) row after a week and a half. So I will be purchasing a Small soon.

I was VERY impressed with the quality for the inexpensive price. This is a great waist trainer for the money spent! As stated above, I will need to purchase a Small soon. This is also great at keeping/improving posture. You won't be slouching in this thing! It's fairly breathable, but there is a bit of a sweat residue as soon as you take it off. Quickly goes away, though. It also leaves some marks on your skin from being tight, but it isn't uncomfortable (to me) and it reminds me of having an ace bandage wrapped a little tightly.

I'd also like to add, I have been using this in addition to diet and exercise. I prefer wearing it during the day, as it significantly improves my posture. I haven't washed it yet, as I haven't felt the need to yet.

Normally I wouldn't post pictures like these but I am beyond pleased with this product. I'm 5'6 tall and about 165 pounds. I bought a large thinking it would be too big but it fits just right. I can still breathe and not be in any discomfort! At first when I read the reviews I was nervous about buying this product because some reviews were good and some were bad, but I knew if I didn't like it I could just return it! I honestly love this product because it makes me want to buy a whole new closet of tight clothes because I know that I won't be embarrassed wearing anything skin tight anymore. On top of that, it motivates me to want to be better about going to the gym. I would definitely recommend this product!

This waist trainer is definitely one of the best products I've bought on amazon. I love the material; it is very comfortable to wear without anything underneath, which has been a problem for me in buying corsets and waist trainers. You forget that you have it on. I bought a size small, which is what I wear in most of my clothes but it was so hard to get on. It's like putting a bra on but with like 20 hooks instead of 2. It's tight, but not uncomfortably tight. If you don't wanna force your tummy in before you've gotten used to it I would recommend getting a size up if possible

I cannot fully express how much I love this. Can I give it 6 stars? No? Okay then. I recently had a baby and I am trying to work out to reduce my waistline. This helped me get the look I wanted so I can wear the dresses I like. You cannot tell I have it on!! It just looks like I have a flat stomach and a narrowed waist. Doing it up is somewhat difficult - not going to lie. I recommend positioning it where it is comfortable first, then start at the bottom and work your way up. Then it is on and not going to budge, provided that you purchase the correct size. This will force you to have excellent posture when sitting and standing, so that's a bonus. Remember that this is shapewear so it's not going to feel like pajamas. It is tighty-tighty-tight-tight. I live in a warm climate and I sweat in it, but I do not care because I look fabulous.
IGNORE THE AMAZON PROVIDED SIZING CHART. Follow the size chart in the images provided by the manufacturer.
I will be purchasing more so I can wear one everyday without the worry of a rigorous laundry schedule. (You know, due to the sweating)

When this arrived I couldn't wait to try it on. I am a size 31 waist and the Large fits me like a glove. It keeps me covered in all my problem areas and isn't too hard to move around in. I read complaints of people not being able to breathe but I have no trouble breathing. Since I don't want the waist trainer doing all the work, I also squeeze my core when bending down to get more out of it. I sit comfortably in mine and plan to workout in it soon. I LOVE this trainer. Perfect!

I weigh 240 and ordered a 5x - but I really believe I could have used a 4x. Nevertheless, this really does the trick. It gives you those extra inches you need to squeeze into something. The one thing I realized is you can see the imprint of the foundation through your clothing - so- choose your fabrics wisely when leaving home.

I love this! I hated my stomach pudge and love handles. This makes everything smooth and my clothes fit much better! I wear it at work for 10 hours/all day and it is super comfortable.
