    Definitely need to measure yourself before getting this product because I had some difficulty on the sizes. Overall, this waist support is excellent for the gym and for running helps me sweat and keeps my posture straight.

    A great sturdy product, does not stretch, i.e. the spins in the corset keep the body packed up straight. I loved the quality of the product as well as the customer treatment! I purchased medium size, it turned out I could use small. Contacted Yianna customer service and was amazed how great they were! I wanted to exchange my medium for the small one and was preparing to ship it back. Not only they sent the one I needed but also insisted that there was no need to send the other one back! No delay, no headache. It was pleasing and relieving! Thank you, Yianna

    I am about 135lbs/ 5 ft 4 in. and I got a medium and it fits well. It is a little long, but it is good quality, and I feel like it is worth the money because if you cheap out, you will definitely get what you pay for.

    Love this. I wear it about 3 times a week, and I'm about to buy a medium after wearing the 2x and L over the last 6 months. Just know that as you are shifting down sizes, your skin will have slight cuts - surface cuts from the tightness and rubbing of the corset especially if you wear it for an entire day. Also, the first day I wear a smaller size or notch, I have extreme nausea from everything being compressed. The benefits are worth the pain!

    Omg! This is my first ever latex waistrainer and i am amazed at the quality of this. I wear it everyday and it's comfortable to wear. I am currentley in the process of trimming down my waist as well as losing weight and i wear thia throughout the day and whenever i work out i wear a waist trimmer that helps me sweat. But this waist trainer is my everyday waist trainer, the quality is amazing. I am a size L and i have a 36' waist. I did bot follow the size chart provided because i wanted it tight. It is not tight at all it seems to be the perfect fit for me. I love it! I will be reordering a size M and S for when I lose my excess weight! Get this! You won't regret it!

    I love it so far. Great fabric, feels better than some super expensive ones! Feels sturdy. I bought a small, even though measurements said I should buy medium. It is snug, but that's the whoe idea. It isn't supposed to be comfortable. I fit into the largest hooks, but I already think I can move to the smaller hooks. It has three measurements. I am 5 7, 150 pounds with a 28 waist.

    Please order as the chart suggests. Their customer service took care of my problem right away, and I will order from this company again. I am definitely pleased with the product and the quality of the waist trainer is good. It is not cheap and flimsy. I wear it all the time because I love my new figure!
