I really love this waist trainer. It goes high enough in the back where I don't have skin rolls that look like fat. It was minorly difficult to get on at first, as it should be to hold you in. I then was able to put it on the middle notch after taking it on and off a couple times. This means I still have room to put it on the tightest hooks after I shed a few lbs. For reference, I am 6'1, 158lbs, 36-28-38. I usually wear a US size 8. I purchased a Medium. I usually wear Mediums in tops. Based on the other reviews, I was confused because some people say order up or lower. I think it's true to my regular size. I don't carry a ton of weight on my back though. If you're back or waist heavy, you might want to get a Large.

So far so good. Could only wear it for 2.5 hours before it became uncomfortable. Mind you, this is my first run in with using these and I ordered a small. Im 5'6, 130ish. Physically toned/slender. I purchased this because I still want to improve my hour glass figure a bit more. And working a desk job can be dangerous for a waistline.

Although it took me a bit of a struggle to put it on by myself (ladies with long claws, youre gonna have a bad time with this) Im glad I ordered the small. Ill get more use out of this size seeing as its already pretty tight on the first row of hooks.

Its comfortable as far as material goes. I wore it beneath my clothes and there wasnt anything itchy about it.

I have it off now and I noticed that Im not nearly as hungry as I should be. If that makes any sense.

Also, this improved my posture a great deal, which is a plus. I work at a desk all day so slouching is sometimes in evitable. I ordered the non-breathable type in black. Kinda glad I did, the breathable option looks a bit chincy to me via the photos.

First timers, definitely take it slow, dont over do it.

UPDATE: July 29th 2017
I am now on the last row of hooks (the smallest option). This waist trainer really does help with controlling how much you eat. It becomes unbearably uncomfortable if youve become too full while wearing this. Im now able to wear it for a full 8-12 hours per day. I mainly wear it to control my appetite a bit better. The material doesnt breath too much. But its not a deal breaker. Definitely a good buy!

I bought the beige breathable version of this and actually love it--I've tried other waist shapers and this by far has been the best one. After a week I've already lost 1.5 inches around my waist and find that it helps me sit up straighter at work, alleviating some back pain. I wouldn't say I'm ever super comfortable in this, but I don't think that's the point of the product.

I used the seller's suggestion and instead of ordering based on clothing sizes, I measured myself with a tailor's measuring tape then ordered according to the chart provided by the seller. The waist cincher fit on the largest row of hooks and was comfortable to wear. It is well made and I have no complaints about the quality of the product. It does work as I am now wearing it on the smallest setting and since I've begun wearing it, my posture is improved & I have no back pain. However, the issue I've run into is the waist trainers are not long enough for my torso! This is not the fault of the seller - it's just my body. The cincher is approximately 12 long... and only covers half of my body from underbust to hips. I've tried everything possible and even ordered from another seller what they called a long line cincher for longer torsos. It is the same size and same brand! For anyone else out there experiencing this problem: let me tell you what I've done and save you time, tears and money! I have 2 waist cinchers now that are both the same size and same brand. I wear BOTH of them... tthe bottom of the top cincher overlapping the top of the cincher that covers the bottom of my belly to hips. the overlap is undetectable and they wear as one cincher. My entire torso is covered and my back feels great! I will continue to wear 2 of them from now on. I hope this helps someone :) If you are looking for a waist trainer / cincher then I would advise ordering this one. Other companies are selling the same brand product for exorbitant amounts of money - way overpriced! Buy from this seller!! They have a good product and it ships weeks faster! I got mine in 2 or 3 days :D I will buy more from this seller in the future when I need smaller cinchers. Thank you! <3
UPDATE: I just received the next size down and was able to move into wearing them with a very smooth transition! I'm ecstatic with the quality of these trainers and will continue purchasing the Dilanni waist trainers as I size down :D They alleviate back pain, retrain my posture and are helping me slim down & flatten my belly. I will always require two to cover my entire torso but as long as this company maintains the quality and durability of their product at these affordable prices, I will remain a loyal customer! So far I have purchased the 6xl on June 6th and then I moved down to the 5xl on June 11th. On June 25th I started with the 4xl and wore it until today (Jul 9th). I am now wearing the 3xl. I have not been eating appropriately because of vacations and Independence day. I have been taking a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar before meals on the weekends when I have been eating like crazy and not doing my weight watchers which I do Monday through Thursday. I lost 10 pounds in the last two weeks and 3-5 inches. I think the combination between the waist training, apple cider vinegar and weight watchers is working. I have less end of the day bloating also. I probably could get even better results if I had more self-control over the weekends. I am purchasing the 2xl today. I hope this helps someone...

I usually hate to write reviews but I was honestly happy to write one for this product because I seriously love it! It's perfect! It fits right the color is spot on bright and just like the picture. I have ordered 3 different waist trainers and all have broken springs but not this one. Also this was is longer then my other ones so it covers just enough and I don't have to constantly pull it back up. I highly recommend this product! I am very happy with mine!

I'm so impressed with the quality of this waist trainer. For the price, I didn't expect it to be so well constructed and fit so perfectly. To start, this is incredibly comfortable. I could and do wear it all day. I never feel any of the boning digging into my skin and the top rests comfortably under my bust line and the bottom just above my hips. For those of you who are trying to size yourself properly for this trainer, I am 3 months postpartum, 5'8 and I weight 135. I purchased this to get my pre-pregnancy belly back and help me get down to my 115 weight. I ordered a small. I was immediately able to get it hooked on it's tightest row of hooks and it is comfortably snug. I could go tighter. I already ordered another in size x-small and will probably wear the small for another week or so before I start using the x-small. All in all, everyone's body is different and there will probably be a bit of trial and error and sizing up and down to find your perfect size; however, you'll be happy to size down when the time comes! My advice is to order by erring on the small side because, even if it's too small, you'll eventually be able to use it. Then you just order the larger size and keep the smaller one for when you get thinner! No $ wasted! I'll keep the small that I ordered and only wore for a week for if I have another baby and need to size myself down again. I hope this helps some of you determine your proper size. I would highly recommend this waist trainer for the comfort, fit, and quality.

I got mine yesterday. I wear large in regular clothing, weigh 206lbs and 5 8 so I bought an X-Large. I was worried that I bought it too big because I was thinking if I'm getting a corset I should get a smaller size. But when I read the reviews, most folks recommended getting a size bigger or two. When I tried it on the first time, I did the hooks at the 2nd row and I breathed fine. The 2nd time I put it on I did the hooks at the last row (tightest). Keeps me upright but its not uncomfortable at all. In my opinion, I should have gotten a Large instead. I guess it depends on your body type. I will definitely buy again when I feel like this one got slack especially at this price!

I am about 5'6 153lb. Natural waist 33, at belly button 39. I initially went with an XL based on the chart and reviews. It fit pretty well on the tightest setting but was too loose at the top. I returned it and ordered a L. Fits perfectly! I have room to tighten if I lose weight. I find it oddly satisfying wearing it. It improves posture. I have an 8-5 sit down job and do find it a bit uncomfortable while sitting, but I think I will get used to that. This one is noticeable under summer clothing, but there are 25 steel bones, so...... I absolutely love this!

Love love love this product. I got it cause a friend told me it helps with back pain! It does. But I love it because it's hard to get into but once it's on I stand up straight and it helps relieve the back I get when I drive. It's strong and has held up well. When it's that time of the month I out it on and it helps worth bloating too. I love it!
