In love with it I have a short torso and I gained a couple of inches the past yr I'm 30 inches now and I can fit the third hole within a week. It's more comfortable than others I've purchased through a yr.

Just received mine yesterday and I absolutely love it! I normally wear XXL in shirts so I just ordered a XXXL just to make sure it fit and sure glad I did because it is tight which is good but if I had ordered a smaller size it wouldn't of fit me. But I love the material, it's super comfortable, and I'm finally comfortable in my shirts rockin my mom bod.

This is the second time buying it... The first time was a shot in the dark, so I had to take a leap of faith and went with an XL... BUT THIS TIME BABE!!!

Lemme tell you I knew exactly what I was going for this time. Im 5'6 and weigh 150#'s and im a mom of 2. I will work in this thing and sleep in it, but I wont work out in it. It will stretch just a tiiiny little bit so i decided to swing for a medium. It fit right out of the pack on the last clasp so in about a month of continuous wear... I should be able to close to the second clasp. For the price it is 100% worth it.

Holy cow! Now I know why people get these! Love it! It's true what it says, it runs alittle smaller, but mine wasn't by much. I got a small. It doesn't fit comfortably ONLY because my stomach (aka fat) is a couple more inches then the product is. I meant to do that so I can push myself to work harder for it. Kind of like when you buy pants that are a little smaller than you. It fits uncomfortably but you work harder to finally have the pants fit without your stomach going over. Love this product! Plus got it a day sooner than expected. I feel like it supports or keeps my back straight, too. I could go on!

I'm 5'0 , 160 lbs, 41 waist, 35 under-chest. Based on user reviews, I chose the 3XL. I just received my 3XL purchase yesterday. I love it! Its very comfortable to wear all day long. I do sweat in it, only noticed after taking it off. My appetite/cravings have decreased as I'm more aware & compressed. I'm drinking more water. However, its brand new & I'm on the tightest/last hooks & there is extra give/room at the top, as you will see in the last picture here I posted. But, this does compress my waist 4 while wearing it.... So, I'm gonna keep it & wear this until the 2XL arrives. I'm so excited & happy with this product! I look forward to giving updates! After 1 week of wearing it I can already see the difference. I've been getting a lot of compliments from coworkers and friends that I look more slim, and that's without it on! I love it and I will definitely buy this brand again when I'm ready to go down a size. Right now I'm a medium and I'm 146 and 5'3. It's a perfect fit.

Only because I'm very experienced with waist training and based upon the last brand and size I had I'm making myself get a small lol. I really love this waist trainer. It goes high enough in the back where I don't have skin rolls that look like fat. It was minorly difficult to get on at first, as it should be to hold you in. I then was able to put it on the middle notch after taking it on and off a couple times. This means I still have room to put it on the tightest hooks after I shed a few lbs. For reference, I am 6'1, 158lbs, 36-28-38. I usually wear a US size 8. I purchased a Medium. I usually wear Mediums in tops. Based on the other reviews, I was confused because some people say order up or lower. I think it's true to my regular size. I don't carry a ton of weight on my back though. If you're back or waist heavy, you might want to get a Large.

I used the seller's suggestion and instead of ordering based on clothing sizes, I measured myself with a tailor's measuring tape then ordered according to the chart provided by the seller. The waist cincher fit on the largest row of hooks and was comfortable to wear. It is well made and I have no complaints about the quality of the product. It does work as I am now wearing it on the smallest setting and since I've begun wearing it, my posture is improved & I have no back pain. However, the issue I've run into is the waist trainers are not long enough for my torso! This is not the fault of the seller - it's just my body. The cincher is approximately 12 long... and only covers half of my body from underbust to hips. I've tried everything possible and even ordered from another seller what they called a long line cincher for longer torsos. It is the same size and same brand! For anyone else out there experiencing this problem: let me tell you what I've done and save you time, tears and money! I have 2 waist cinchers now that are both the same size and same brand. I wear BOTH of them... tthe bottom of the top cincher overlapping the top of the cincher that covers the bottom of my belly to hips. the overlap is undetectable and they wear as one cincher. My entire torso is covered and my back feels great! I will continue to wear 2 of them from now on. I hope this helps someone :) If you are looking for a waist trainer / cincher then I would advise ordering this one. Other companies are selling the same brand product for exorbitant amounts of money - way overpriced! Buy from this seller!! They have a good product and it ships weeks faster! I got mine in 2 or 3 days :D I will buy more from this seller in the future when I need smaller cinchers. Thank you! <3
UPDATE: I just received the next size down and was able to move into wearing them with a very smooth transition! I'm ecstatic with the quality of these trainers and will continue purchasing the Dilanni waist trainers as I size down :D They alleviate back pain, retrain my posture and are helping me slim down & flatten my belly. I will always require two to cover my entire torso but as long as this company maintains the quality and durability of their product at these affordable prices, I will remain a loyal customer! I've only worn the trainer once but I'm not new to waist trainers. This is awesome for the price. I was expecting something a bit flimsy due to what I'm used to paying for a trainer and this is anything but that... It definitely has great control and gives me the snatch affect I'm going for.
