Best cincher I've ever purchased!! Especially for it's price. My mom had bought me one back in 2015 at a local dress shop (for about $60-$80) it was hard to put on and just a pain in the ass lol. It does not compare to this. It took me about 5 minutes to put on and was comfortable. This helps with my posture while sitting and standing. I plan on wearing it while working out and if I get great results then I'll buy another for everyday wear.

My height is 168cm. Waist - 44 and I'd usually wear 2x in dresses. It's necessary 4 me to write this review because this product is extremely helpful especially for the price. I purchased a size 6x black breathable and I must say this is the most comfortable waist trainer I've owned thus far. I've had way more expensive waist shapers that didn't give me comfort and effectiveness as this. You must wear a proper bra when using this waist trainer if you have a fatty back because its a bit short but fully functional. I wear mine everyday for several hours without feeling uncomfortable. Im considering gettin another one very soon.

I'm 5'1 and 100lbs I have a very boxy figure and wearing this gives me a nice hourglass figure. I got a size xxs based on the size chart and not going to lie it's pretty snug and a bit difficult to get on. After it's on it's actually quite comfortable more so than I imagined. Made very nicely and a great material!!!

I had weigh loss surgery and was losing weight so fast. My tummy had so much extra skin I needed to find something that could support it and this was it! I bought 3 of these over the course of a year.. They are built tough.. Hard to put on my first few times but eventually got the hang of it.. wore them up until my tummy tuck surgery. Surgery took off 5.5 pounds of skin.. Now I am happy to say I dont need them anymore. BUT this is a must buy.. you will be amazed at what kind of shape you can go from and become. The photos were from a few months back when I was using the product. Also cant tell its on under your clothes.. I even wore them to work out at the Gym.

I got this waist trainer several months ago after I had my second kid. I wanted to fit into my old cloths and I figured it'd be better to spend $20 on this than $300 on a whole new wardrobe. I love it. I have warn it everyday and just ordered a second one the next size down. The only down fall is the bones started breaking in half (I want to note that I have worn it everyday all day and was not gentle with it) so it at least survived heavy use for at least 3 months.

First off, I've been wearing waist trainers and corsets for approximately 6 years. I stopped for 2 years and wanted to started again with a new one... I love this waist trainer! Best ever! This is intended for women who already have an hourglass figure but we need to get ride of that horrible belly fat ☹ To gain a hourglass figure I'd recommend the actual corset from YIANNA. It's not a super thick material which is good because I wear it under clothes. But oh my gosh the material is to die for, I got the latex one, hence I wanted that fat to sweat off! And it does!! I would not recommend working out or (we're all women here) having sex. I was so out of breath, I had to have my husband take it off while I tried to take deep breaths. NEVER AGAIN. Use the breathable material one to workout in. Right now I'm on the first line of hook but when it goes towards my breast it's looser which is weird because my breast are big but again I already have that hourglass figure. So I just put the top three clips on the second line going in and it fits perfect. I love the width of this, right under breast to 3 inches above my pooch, which is perfect because that covers love handles. I followed other reviews of women with my size. Size in pants range from 12-14 (US size). My bra size is 38DD (US size). I bought the corset in a 4XL. It is 3 inches smaller when I wrap it around but that is recommended to go smaller than your natural waistline. If you have difficulty putting on, do this trick, same trick you use for difficult pants buttoning.. Place it how you'd like it around you, then carefully lay on the bed on on your back, pull it close, then clip from the bottom up! I did not measure

This product is amazing! I just had a baby two months ago and it has helped me get back into my pre baby jeans! I see a lot of people saying that it's too tight, assuming it doesn't fit them. It's suppose to be tight, that's how it works, and it even says so in the directions. I can see results and I'm about to order the next size down now since I've made it through all my rows. Very happy with the product!

So when I first received this I thought it was way too small! I wrapped it around me and was short about 4-5 inches. But I had a friend who told me it's okay if it looks too small just give it a try, so I laid on my bed and fought like crazy to get this thing on! Once I finally got it on it suprisingly wasn't really uncomfortable like I thought it would be! Despite the fact that it took 15 mins to get a on, it fit nice and relatively comfy. Today is only day 1. I will update again in about 2 weeks
UPDATE: Iv been wearing it for one week now, I can already see results, it is easier to put on now, by next week I can see needing to move to the second row of hooks. It is holding up fine as well, no rips or broken hooks

Wow! All I can say is amazing. I ordered this on a Saturday and got it on Labor Day Monday! Amazing shipping speeds. I was in between sizes because my waist is a 27 and my hips are 36 and decided to go for the small. It's difficult to get on at first but it fits like a GLOVE. I noticed an immediate improvement in my posture; I can't slump over anymore with this thing on so that's good! It also slimmed me down so that even my bra fits loose around my back now lol! I can't wait to see the results I get from this. Overall the quality is also amazing and very well made with very nice thick feeling material. This is amazing for the price!

Alot of people are saying to get a couple sizes bigger, but that wasnt for me. I wear a size large in regular clothes and bought a large waist trainer. It was a perfect fit for me. I just had my first baby almost 4 months ago and needed a little help in my mid section area. This is the perfect product for me. I love the material. Its very strong amd does not roll up like most waist trainers do. I have been using this for 3 days now, started with the first clip, and its already feeling less tighter than before. With the right diet and exercise i really belive this belt works. Picture for attention. I am sitting at my desk and took a picture of my mid section.
