    I absolutely love it.
    I just had a baby not too long ago and my back is still killing me from it, this holds me up. I work out regularly so weight loss wasn't a problem, but this is definitely giving me the shape that I want! When you put it on your butt looks so good!
    I have used trainers before and I am a 27 waist, so I ordered the 22 but I know what I'm doing I don't suggest this if you're brand new to training! Definitely real steel bone, and I didn't count but there's a good amount, I'm thinking upwards of twenty. I can't remember if the description said how many steel bones were in there!

    Great quality for the price. I almost returned it, thinking it was too small. Turns out, I just needed to loosen the laces before hooking it in the front. Some people will already know that but I was clueless.

    This is literally the best thing that's ever happened to me! My waists has already gone down 1 1/2 inches without corsette in just 1 week of wearing at first it was really uncomfortable but with time my body got used to it by day 5 I was able to sleep 6 hours with it on. I've noticed a difference in my posture and for a girl who thought she would never have a waist take a look at the picture! I got the Large I wish I would've gotten the medium because my body is changing so rapidly
