    This is so far one of the best customer service. I ordered size L and it was little too big. I emailed them and they replied to every email with so much care.     I just had a baby and need some help while I get back in shape. This is a very well made product. It is a tight squeeze over the hips but slims nicely. I am 5'1 and currently weigh about 150lbs 2 months postpartum. I ordered a medium and it is hard to get on but worth it!

    This waist trainer is great for beginners. I picked it as my first one, and loved it. The steel boning gives great support, the lining is soft, and it disappears under most clothing. It was surprisingly comfortable! I loved the way it smoothed and shaped that troublesome lower belly area, and even helped me develop better posture the longer I wore it. I've noticed a big change in my waistline, belly, and upper hip over the last month (wearing it 8 hours a day, combined with diet and exercise) and am now looking to purchase a smaller size. One note- I have an hourglass shape, and noticed some bunching at the waist, and less compression at the waist than I would've liked. Overall, great choice for someone just getting started.
