Very good quality!! I didn't expect much being that the price was so cheap, but I was completely wrong! This waist trainer is better than my 80 dollar one. PLEASE FOLLOW THE SIZE CHART AND YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!! I can wear this all day with ease having no problems bending over and living an active lifestyle. This does help lose inches off your waist ALONG WITH A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE!! If sized correctly you can wear this under your clothes.

It is a really good product. The quality of it is really nice for the price I paid for. Try to follow the measuring guidelines and you will not have trouble with the sizing. If you are new at wearing these types of products, try this one first before going out and spending triple the price. You will not regret it.

If you read the description and reviews closely this fits just as described. I usually wear a size 12-14 on top (size 38D bra) and 14-16 on bottom and ordered a 4x. At first I wasn't sure it was going to fit but it did (very snugly as I would expect). One thing I really appreciate about it is it is very sturdy quality. High quality heavy fabric and strong seams. Even as snug as the clasps are, they do not pull out. Other products I've tried in the past are poorly made in this area so I'm pretty impressed.

Love, love, love this latex waist trainer!!!! It's definitely worth the buy. I have recommended it to others. Quality material, holds up well. I use it daily to workout in the gym with. Weightlifting, cardio, plyo's. It does make you sweat but nothing extreme. Provides adequate support. I wash it in the washing machine on the gentle cycle and air dry it.

This is a great waist trainer, and the size is actually accurate to the sizing listed on the description. Fits great. Pulls me in, but still lets me breathe and move. Makes me remember to keep my belly pulled in and also helps a lot with my posture. I sit at a desk all day long and have horrible posture. With this waist trainer, I have no choice but to sit up straight, and to stand up and walk tall. Several of the girls at the office mentioned to me on the first day that I wore it (without telling them that I even had one) that I looked like I had lost 10 pounds and my boobs looked bigger! I'm going to order one in the next size down, and continue to do so until I am at the size I want to be. Am also going to give one to my sister for Christmas. Great prouduct! Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing!!! I have purchased others that rolled on the sides and the steel bones would come out after not every much wear! This is by far the best!!!!! Fits perfectly - no crimping no rolling, despite the fact that I am a true medium, but purchased a small. Initially a tight fit, but it fit snuggly after a week of wear. I see the difference in my body and I love the length as it covers my torso completely (covers where my muffin top used to be) and there is no discomfort, no poking, or rolling when sitting or in any bent position! OMG this is by far the BEST shapewear that I've ever owned. It initially seems impossible to get on but once you jump that hurdle it fits amazingly and it quite comfortable as far as shapewear goes. Most shape wear that I've owned kinda pushes everything towards the center making me look pregnant where as this one actually sucks everything outward giving you a smooth look. Smoothes problem areas without taking away from natural curves. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an actual slimming effect.

I'm larger than XL at this time. Yes the under part was tight but it's very giving. So I was happy that it worked so well with my new dress and received so many complements.
