    5'6 145lbs, I purchased a large and it's the perfect fit. The thong isn't uncomfortable and there are no areas of spillage along any of the edges. Much firmer hold that I thought it would have, good for under dresses or even just jeans and a shirt.

    I can't possibly say enough about his product!!! I absolutely love love love this shaper. If I've ever gotten a bang for my buck.. it was this purchase right here!     I love it, I went by the chart but it was to big, so I had to send it back, I order another one size medium, I am 5'4 and I weight 138,, if that helps. It fits perfectly in only a week I started using the second role.

    Love love love it. Can be uncomfortable the first day or two but after day 3 you start to see results and it's way more comfortable to wear. You also eat less while wearing it but I didn't binge eat when I took it off either. I like to wear mine while at the gym and a couple hours before rather than at work.

    I have purchased 3 of these. I went from a 5xl to a XXL will be purchasing the XL probably by February. I has really helped with bloating and it is very comfortable to wear. I wear mine 8 hours plus per day. My posture has gotten better also. I plan on waist training permanently, I want to get down to a large or med. Than maintain that size! I am 278lbs My waist is a 40/42 I want to get to a 28/30. Hopefully I can update with more pictures.

    I ordered the product 2 sizes too small. Returning for a larger size. I believe this has the potential of being 5 stars. After I received my new size, I love the product. It's snug but yet still comfortable for all day wear. Whenever...if ever I need another, I will re-purchase.
