    I love this waist trainer!!! I walk 5 miles 3 days a week and wear this while I'm walking and I can see a difference in my waiste. As with any weight transforming garment you want to have a sensible diet; it will help. I wear this 2 hours a day whether exercising or not. If you wear it for a couple of weeks straight along with an exercise routine and diet you will see a big difference. It helps to trim the waistline and makes the butt look much bigger and rounder.

    Wow, I wish I'd had this shaper when I got married. With shapers I've used in the past, I have issues with rolling down or rolling up or not enough tummy control. I had zero issues with this one! It's tough getting into it, and I needed my husband to help me. But boy, once you're in you are IN. I wore it for New Year's Eve and had no issues with it. As a matter of fact, I'd forgotten I had it on until I went to use the restroom. I know some mentioned using the restroom was tough with it on but I didn't experience that. As long as you get the right size, this will give you the support you're looking for! Excellent!
