    As comfortable as can be considering, but regardless, it has lasted awhile. I am 5'3 and weight 115 pounds and I got an extra small based on the reviews and it fit great.

    Omg! This is my first ever latex waistrainer and i am amazed at the quality of this. I wear it everyday and it's comfortable to wear. I am currentley in the process of trimming down my waist as well as losing weight and i wear thia throughout the day and whenever i work out i wear a waist trimmer that helps me sweat. But this waist trainer is my everyday waist trainer, the quality is amazing. I am a size L and i have a 36' waist. I did bot follow the size chart provided because i wanted it tight. It is not tight at all it seems to be the perfect fit for me. I love it! I will be reordering a size M and S for when I lose my excess weight! Get this! You won't regret it!

    I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package...I really liked what I saw...the material has stretch but because it is so thick I had trouble stretching it with my bare hands. I also liked it because the finish was very good. I have a nice figure, but you know as females we have bloated tummies. When I tried it on.. it really pulled my tummy in and made me look even sexier...I am 145lbs I bought the small and it fits me very well. I have no complains. I am satisfied with my purchase. Because I liked the fit and quality of my purchase I bought another as a gift for a friend, and she also likes it.

    I am 5'4 162 pounds 29 inch waist and it fit very snug. I wore this under a dress for a wedding. I would purchase more just keep in mind the small waist size.
