I am 5'3 150 lbs and I bought a medium. This is a perfect upgrade from my cheapo off Wish. It's the perfect length! It sits right under my breasts and goes down to the waist of my pants. VERY breathable and comfortable. Extremely satisfied!

I love it! I am 190 lbs with a 41 inch waist and I wasn't sure was size to get so off the 3x and it the right one. I got this to help along with exercise but I have worn this with a tight dress and it made a significant difference.

I am 5'4 and 169 lbs. I ordered a medium and it didnt fit around my tummy. I returned it the next day after it was delivered. These guys were so good at helping me return the smaller item and refunding my money. I really loved their customer service so i went ahead and bought another one but this time an XL. If you normally wear a medium go two sizes up. Love my waist trainer. I wore it to workout in and it was really good for my run and squats. Its very breathable.

I purchased this bodysuit in both black and nude. The black seems to be way more slimming and definitely my favorite. It takes some effort to get it up (especially if you have hips and butt) but once you have it on it works great and sucks you in without being too uncomfortable. I do have to wear regular cut underwear with it as trying to wear it with a thong was quite painful. Great purchase!

I love this corset! It's so beautiful and very high quality, esp for the price! It's very comfortable to wear, I even wear mine to sleep. It's also true to size and it's easy to lace up alone. I search for a while on Amazon for a waste trainer. I came across this corset and I read some of the reviews. I decided since it's a lace up to go ahead and order an extra extra small, that way when my waist does shrink down I won't have to keep ordering smaller sizes. I have Amazon prime in the corset came in within two days. I was so excited I tried it on right away, laced it up as tight as I can which is actually pretty easy with the laces that they give you to do it yourself. I wore the corset the first day for two hours and I already felt like my waist was shrinking. The material is heavy duty and it's definitely worth your money and I highly recommend this product.

I was looking for a waist trainer that was comfortable,would not roll up or down and that would be secure while performing my daily activities and this product provided just that. I was able to exercise, work and clean in comfort. I like the added benefit of have the latch hooks and the zipper. The only issue I had was a tingling sensation after taking it off. I highly recommend for anyone looking to trim their waist and be comfortable at the same time. Added benefit the waist trainer allows your breast to sit up and look perky. It's great honestly. You just have to be consistent with it. Wear it 6 to 8 hours a day, watch your calories and, excersise routinely.

I wore these under a Navy vintage style dress. So cute. Very comfortable. I want to order other vintage style dresses just so I can buy more petticoats in different colors! It was a little wrinkled straight out of the package but I fluffed it out and hung it upside down. Great value!

I love this so much...It's better than a ordinary waist trainer, because it covers your back fat; instead of bulging it up like a regular trainer. The way it makes u sweat is amazing. And the support for the breast is impressive at the gym.

This is exactly what I was looking for to add to my workout gear. I am not the kind of person who sweats much so adding this to my clothing makes me get the sweat needed to feel like I am actually working out. It feels good on and I love the velcro feature that allows me to adjust for comfort. Heres hoping I can lose more weight!
