I purchased a size large. My shirts are medium and my waist measures 31 inches. This really does the job! Really comfortable but sturdy and durable. It's hidden beneath your clothes. It was a bit tight on my butt and hips but I'm a curvy girl. The large still fit good!! I recommend this!! Luv it!

Absolutely love this waist trainer. It definitely makes me look like I have a Coca Cola body shape. It's definitely comfortable to move around in but not to sit in if you have back fat. Shipping was super fast. I am a hundred and seventy-four pounds and I am 5 foot 4 inches. I Have a gut. I ordered a large and when I first got it it was okay to put in the first notches, but I could not zipper it. But within about a week I was able to put it on the second notches and zipper it with help

I purchased a small size about 2 months ago. I wasn't sure if I'd like it at all. After the first hour, I loved it! I've worn it average 8 hrs a day 5 days a week. I love how it makes me suck in my tummy all day and my clothes fit so much better. Also, it makes me not eat as much. I'm about to order a smaller one soon :)

It fit perfectly, the fabric is breatheable, and there's no chafing from the fabric or the clasps. It takes a few wears to break it in but that's expected from all corsets. It's stiff enough to provide back support and keep its shape, but not so stiff that you can't still work out in it. I would highly recommend this product!

Awesome ! Came on estimated delivery date and the size fit well. I am 5'4 and 165 and tried the XL, which was a lucky guess! I'm on my second set of hooks now. I feel more comfortable with after a couple days of wearing it.

This product was exactly what I was looking for. I am currently on a weight loss journey, and decided it was time to start waist training.
