    I'm about 5'3 and I weight about 160 lbs. I bought an xLarge corset it it fit me perfectly. The material does not poke me nor does it make me feel itchy.

    I received this yesterday, comes in a reusable plastic bag packaging. The inside of the trainer is of cloth material and the outside is like a smooth flexible rubber (no bad smell), and the bones are flexible. I am 5'3 with a 36.5 inch waist and ordered the 4XL. It covers from right underneath the breast area to right above your kitkat . I have it hooked in the middle row row, it's tight but not unbearable. Should have have the 3XL so I could have started wearing it on the outside row instead of the middle. Kid you not last night I tried it, putting it on the first time is hard but you get a laugh out of yourself because of the things we do. This morning I layed down to hook on and it made it a lot easier than standing. Hook top two first then bottom two and work yourself to the middle hooks. Looking forward to using this as part of reshaping my body during my weight loss journey. Definitely buying the 3XL next time.

    I'm too fat for mine. The material is great and it's honestly a lot better Than I thought it would be I was surprised it was actually material that seems like it can hold up but I did just get it today and I have to transition from size 3 to a 0 before I can fit it correctly wish me luck!!

    First thing: you HAVE to get the size according to the chart. You won't be able to put it on at first just by connecting the metal hooks. I hooked it first then had to pull it up feet first up to my waist. It's supposed to be super tight because that's how it works.

    I'm 5'5 and 145lbs, my measurements starting from the top are 36/33/36, so I ordered a medium. I received my trainer on Jan 17th of this year, it fit perfect on the first row of prongs and I started wearing it on the 18th, every day, religiously usually for 5-7 hours a day. I haven't even hit a month yet and I'm already on the 3rd row of prongs, and my waist went from a 33 to a 29. I do workout 5 days a week, eat fairly healthy and wear it the majority of my day, or try to. So persistence and lifestyle are a biggie. But it's become a part of my life, my posture has never been so good and it helps keep my back straight during workouts. Good sturdy material, best waist trainer I've ordered and worth the money. Will be ordering again when I'm ready for a small. I hope this helped, I know how hard it is finding a quality waist trainer online that isn't worth a fortune
