So I measured my waist at a 27, my hips are 41. I am 5'3 and weigh 160lbs. I got a medium to be on the safe side and I probably could have just gotten the small. I definitely noticed an improvement in my posture and it isn't uncomfortable to run or workout in. Week 2 and I'm on the second set of hooks, Will buy again soon!

I was really worried about going by the size chart. I'm about 178 and waist is 43' and said I needed a 5 XL. So I got a 3 XL based on the reviews and it was perfect fit. Nice and snug and would definitely buy this again!

I'm 4'11 125lbs and ordered an xs. It was a pain trying to get it on the first time but after having it on for a couple weeks I can see a difference. I should be about to hook the second in another couple weeks. I was very skeptical of the purchase but for the price I recommend it!

This is my first waist trainer so although I don't have anything to compare it to, I will say that I highly recommend it! I had a 25.5 in waist and ordered an xs. It is quite firm on my waist (the first time I wore it, it took a bit of effort to get on) but flexible and comfortable. However, it does take a bit to get used to but it's only a bit uncomfortable when bending down in it. I like to wear it when doing light cardio and doing strength training since I find that it provides a little bit of back support when doing squats and deadlifts. Since you do generate a bit of heat when working out, I would recommend wearing a thin tank top under it (which will be drenched in sweat) so you don't have to wash it everytime you work out. I handwash my waist trainer with warm water and detergent and air dry it. Overall, I think that it is a great supplement for weight loss but you will have to put some work in to see results (will not lose weight for you). I'm down to my last hook and looking forward to purchasing an xxs in a few weeks!

I am 5'3 115 pounds waist is 27 and ordered the small double corset and it fit really well. I am already near the tightest setting. It's good quality. The one thing to look for is that the metal hooks can get warped into a weird position on the pinheads and you can't Jimmy them loose from each other. Like a Chinese finger trap. Be careful!

I am so happy with my purchase! If you are in the market for a corset!! But there products. They have a pretty easy sizing chart if you read it! This is the first corset I have ever purchased and it is made so well! I know cheap when I see it. This is not a knock off!
