Totally perfect for my purposes -- purchased to add a little floof under a dress I plan to wear at a wedding. I am 5'3 and usually wear a size 8. I ordered the medium and it fits perfectly. Great buy!

I originally purchased the medium after consulting the size chart, as my waist size is right in the middle. It fit, but not the way I wanted it to, so I purchased the large so that it could sit a little lower (and therefore work with a slightly longer dress). It fits really well and gives just the right amount of poof. I love it. :)

I bought this to go under my 50s style dress and its great for that purpose. I would not recommend wearing it as a skirt by its self.

I have purchase 3 different ones including this one to see which would be the best fit. By far, YIANNA is the best and I'm returning the others. I suffer with sever lower back pain and I wanted something to help with my waist. This one does both. I sleep in it very comfortably. When I take it off, I can see the hourglass forming. I am a very happy customer.

I've been wearing it daily for the last few weeks and I can definitely tell a difference. I now need a smaller size. It is latex though and I have an allergy to it so I have to wear a shirt under it. Totally worth it.

Great material.. At first I thought I bought it too small but once it's on it molds your figure and it was very comfortable to wear. So comfortable I wore it to workout and it was great. I made my middle section sweat and when I took it off I could feel a difference. Only issue I had was it rolled slightly in the top front but considering I was working out with it that wasn't bad at all. Going to buy a second one for everyday use.

Do not be ashamed by the sizing. I wear a large, 12/14 in Dresses and I ordered the XXL. This thing sucks you in like a vortex and is easily hidden under clothes. I wish the straps were sturdier, but other than that it is the best shaper I have purchased. I could not beat the price for the results I received.

I ordered a small based on previous reviews. Glad I did. I'm 5'4 and 160lbs (typically a size 12) and it fit perfectly. If I had ordered any larger I think it would have been too loose and maybe too long. It goes perfectly under the Anni Coco Women's 1950s Hepburn Vintage Swing Dress. It adds the perfect touch.

Hey ladies, I am 5'6 currently at 206 lbs. Two years ago i was at 156 lbs wearing size 9 pants ( my butt is pretty big ). I started to struggle with my anxiety down the line causing me to go up 50 lbs and currently wearing a size 14. I ordered this waist trainer in hope that it will actually work and guess what ... its AMAZING. The shipping was quick. Took less than a week. I ordered a size large because that is generally my size. Today was my first day and I could definitely see a difference after removing it. Putting it on was definitely a struggle. I couldn't zip it up. After about two hours of wearing it, i struggled but I got the zipper up. Its very tight but thats the point. It definitely works. The texture and material is great. When I sit, it doesn't fold down and I can breathe. So definitely worth it.
