I'm a side sleeper and have scoliosis. This helps keep me straight at night and I don't wake up with back pain anymore. I also use it to work out in sometimes and keeps my form straight when I lift weights. Make sure to get correct size. Had to buy one size up from what I thought would fit. Highly recommend.

Returned it. I'm a size 12 and the large was too small. If I could get the right size, I would purchase again; good quality. Bought the XL and it fits! The more you wear it; it gets easier to fasten.

I have been researching and shopping around for 2 weeks now on waist trainers and corners and I finally decided on this one. I'll leave a review as soon as it comes in. I'll show pics. The reviews on YouTube and on here helped me so much. The only thing g is a lot of people would say if it's me great, I ordered a large but they wouldn't say there waist size. I'll be putting my size and the size I ordered pluse pics when I receive this corset. I went with the corset not because I want a tiny tiny waist but I like the look if it and the support it claims to have so I'm looking forward to reviewing this product. I'm giving this 5 stars because I like the look of it and price. I hope it stays a five star product when I receive it.

Second one purchased! Originally lurchased a XXXL and now im down to an XL in just one month! Seriously amazing to see your body sweat in all the right places! I seriously recomend this product! Loving the material of this product, it is so comfortable. Unlike the other ones, this one is so easy to put one. With the extra Velcro, it can adjust the size very easily without using too much of strength.

I'm 5'2, I use a size 13/14 in jeans and L in tops. I bought a 2xl. Fits perfect on the last hook, which I think it would've been better to buy an xl to use it longer. But that will be my next one.
