    In the last 3 years I have put on a lot of weight and my love handles have been my biggest challenge since then, can't seem to hide them in whatever I wear. This was just what I needed.     This shaper is AWESOME!!! I am 5 5, 150 lbs and I bought the large. It took a couple of minutes to pull over my hips, (I carry all my weight in that area) but when I did it was MORE THAN I EXPECTED!!! It flattened and smoothed my entire midsection!! I got the thong bottom, and it lifted my bottom... I didn't expect or need that, but hey it was a pleasant surprise. The material was great quality, not cheaply made at all. I love ❤️ it.

    I purchased a large due to reading reviews about wanting it a bit small. It was too small. But I kept it and ordered an extra large as I hope to loose weight and then I will use the large. I'm 5'8 and at the moment around 200 lbs. The extra large fits pretty well and even though I've only had it a day seems to be made well.

    I bought 3 different brands of waist trainers throughout the years and this by far is the best for me. I love that it's designed so it doesn't squeeze at my rib cage at the top causing even more back fat but still pulls in very good at the waist. I have a long torso and need the extra length, but if you are shorter and getting a larger size it may dig into your hips while sitting. I will be buying the next size down shortly!

    I've just received my trainer & so I've only gotten to wear it once so far but wow! This material is heavy duty I've got a pouch from having 3 kids & it completely disappears with this on! & I tried it with shorts & a tank top & you can't tell you have it on. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone interested
