    I was kinda iffy about ordering this, I wasn't sure how it was going to fit since I'm only 5'0. I expected it to be long in the torso area but I was wrong. Love it. Put it on as soon as I got it in the mail, did my 2.5 miles and it worked amazing. Didn't roll up or bother me. Definitely recommending it to my family/friends. I'm a 34-36c and ordered a medium.

    I love this vest!!!! It makes me sweat like 3 times the amount I would normally. I am 38 DD 195. I got the 2 XL. it fits great,. I have already lost some weight so I might be ordering another one soon in a smaller size. This is one of the best post partum purchases I have made!

    This is very comfortable but still helps support your back and belly. I planned on using mine for the gym but I might even try it under a slip when I wear dresses because it doesn't make me feel like I can't breathe and it supports so well.

    WOAH! talk about a flat stomach and tight squeeze! My girlfriend had to help me button this up because it was so snug but once on, felt really good and not smoothed, my jeans looked great!

    Fits exact! I can go all the way to the 3rd hook, and I could have gotten a medium but I didn't want to have excessive back fat. This is so comfortable I will definitely buy again when I am ready to go down a size

    It holds the way it should around my tummy but I think I ordered it too big. I'm 5' 6 and 173lbs and I ordered an XL. Most of my weight is in my hips and thighs but I have the mommy pouch. It's comfortable around my waist and hips but I have about a 1 inch gap at the top under my bust when worn on the first loose hook. When worn on the third tightest row there is moo gap and it's still comfortable. I think I'm going to send this one back and order the large. So far it seems well constructed. Nice thick not flimsy material. It's doesn't roll or slide when I move. It's a little tricky to get on but once I passed my navel it was easier. For the price, I recommend it. I'll update my review with progress.

    Love mywaist concher. I use it for back support during long work hours as well as holds my waist in. My 2nd purchase thought the first one had one of the steels come out but still works ok.

    I read the reviews but still had a very hard time trying to figure out what size would be right for me. I'm 5'2, 200 lbs and I ordered the 4XL. It was somewhat tight and very difficult to hook. I then ordered the 5XL. I just received it and it fits great. Hope that helps.

    I got this in a medium and it arrived quickly. This is by far the best waist trainer I have bought since I started training!!! I have had it for a few weeks now. It is good-heavy-quality material, and the steel boning is perfect and holds the garment in place. Thank goodness there has not been any bone poking out like my last trainer. I will for sure size down to the small soon. :) You will not be disappointed!

    I usually wear a size 14 pants, 0x shirts. I went off the measurements and ordered a 6x. It fits perfectly! It's a thick material that has held it's shape so far. It's comfortable to wear. and gives me a good shape. It is also long enough to go from my bust down to the bottom of my stomach. Unlike most shorter ones that can cut you off right in the middle of my rolls.
