So I received this two days ago (very quick by the way) and tried it on right away. Eureka!!!!! It finally fits. The ONLY problem I see right now is that the top of the trainer still gaps abit. To remedy this I moved the top hook in to another row of hooks which did the trick. I've had the trainer for two months and have used it ALLOT. Unfortunately, the item has not held up well. A few of the boning have broken and began to pierce throw the fabric and for those that haven't broken they are beginning to leave marks on my body. This product is a good starter item, however if you will use it as often as I did (nearly everyday), you may want to invest a few more dollars for a better quality.

Buying something like a waist trainer online can be super tricky. I just decided to take a chance based on the reviews. If you are like me and looking to actually train your waist to be slimmer and more of a hourglass shape I would recommend going a size smaller than your shirt size. It may seem impossible to get in at first but that's what you want. Your best bet is to lay down while fastening it. I also fold the fabric under on the side with the open metal parts are (not the hook side ) It helps you get a better grip and gets the fabric out of the way. If you are just looking to appear smoother in your clothes get your actual clothing size or a size up. Overall this is a great quality waist trainer better quality than some I've paid 60+ for. I'm excited to see results I've had it on for about 4 hours already and it's still reasonably comfortable. If it's helpful I'm 170 and 5'5 ... I ordered a medium :)

After one week of wearing the medium I'm ready for a small. At first it's a little difficult to close, I'd recommend wearing it overnight for a week to allow your muscles to learn to conform with the shape. I'm really happy with the product, although I wish I would have bought a brighter one because it's very noticeable under teeshirts. Love it.

She found it easy to position and it stayed in place well throughout the evening. Definitely re-usable as she wore it again 2 weeks later with the same dress to a different event. We also ordered some other backless bras but this was definitely the best.

I was also sceptical about whether it would actually be reusable but I washed it and left it to dry and when I went to get it I found it was really sticky again so I will actually be able to reuse it. This was a very pleasant surprise.

I didn't have high expectations for this, when I first put it on I thought it wasn't going to hold very well but it was going under two layers of tight clothing so I decided it didn't matter. When I came to get undressed I found it had actually stayed in place perfectly and the glue hadn't given at all so I was very happy.
