    Great! I bought the XL but I think I could have gotten away with the L. After wearing this for about a week, it started fitting big on me. Or maybe just right, but one expects these to be tight! I am 156 lbs and 5'3 . In terms of comfort, it is very comfortable and well made.

    This does wonders, however with me being short 5'2 i cant use shapes the way it was intended. I tuck in the straps, the struggle is real trying to get it on And get out of it but when is on its prefect.

    As soon as it I opened the packaging I was impressed . It was stored in a nice ziplock type bag with instructions printed on it. When I actually felt it I was even more impressed . Extremely thick material nice weight to it . The hooks are so nice and spaced out well . Very comfortable to wear . I wear it at work for my entire 12 hour shifts no issues . I've also Used it for workouts . The color is very vibrant . Stiching looks nice and sturdy. I purchased a medium and I was actually able to hook it to the second set of hooks and I felt I could go to the third . so my second day I tried the third set of hooks and that's where I've left it at and been wearing it . I will use this for a few months and then will move on to a small .

    this item worked really well. Although the metal pieces will come out the sides of the first day of owning it. Other than that it fits true to size and really does hold your waist in to help shape it. I never owned an expensive waist shaper but I couldn't imagine this being any less quality.

    The invisible self adhesive bras are amazing. They actually stay stuck on and don't move at all. Applying them on was really easy.

    Needed a backless bra to go with a dress I bought, bought this one after reading the reviews on it. I took the advice on going one size bigger, but I think it might be slightly too big, I think I could have got away with my size but works just as good, a great product.

    very easy to use very comfortable with much more support than i was expecting from this product and the fact it is re-usable is just great I love the feel of the cups themselves they are much thicker.
