So thank god I looked at reviews instead of just looking at the size chart. If I would have ordered my “true size” based on the chart I wouldn’t technically fit in any trainer.My measurements when I first ordered:Bra: 38DDDWaist: 45inHips: 51inI got a 2X and when I put it on the first time I could fit it to the second row if I wanted to but just to get my body used to it again and break it in I kept it on the first row. Great product and now I’m down 4 inches so I finally have at least a 10 in difference between waist and hips!

I rarely write reviews, but this is such great quality I’m very impressed. My natural relaxed waist matched a medium around 28, but sucked in I felt I could fit the small, and knowing how I’ve fit in other corset style products and how a corset fit is 2 inches less than your natural waist, I decided to go with the small that starts at 26 for the largest fit, I had to suck it in a bit, latch the top then bottom first. Once it’s on It’s so comfortable, I could wear this all day, I like the compression, I like that I have two more rows of hooks as I progress, and I can still breath comfortably. I also purchased the sports one that Velcro wraps and has the extra Velcro straps, that one I can get so tight it’s hard to breath. Seriously amazing products for the price.

This product took a minute to put on but it does do exactly what it’s suppose to do!I have some I can wear for hours, but this particular one I would not wear for more than 4 because of how much it hugs your body!I wear this running errands, around the house, &/or exercising.

I usually where an xlg in most things. 5'4 210 perfect fit. I can move around &still breathe but it'd still doing it job. Also helps with my back issues

Graduated to small from medium after months of using the medium size. Intended to trim my waist, push my fat into my butt and hips, and it does that. Unintended but desirable side effect? My hip pain and lower back have been feeling so much better!
