I am getting surgery soon but am really insecure, these tremendously help now. Once I get my surgery I probably won’t need it but these are really worth it, maybe I got a size too small but it it’s very tightening and makes you like two sizes smaller!!

I ordered a Large. I am 5'3 and weighed 172 lbs at the time of my order. Large fir perfect. Was easy to get on. The only trouble I had was the crotch was too long as I am short I guess. so you could see the seams from the hole in the crotch through tighter clothing. I recently ordered the Medium at 167 lbs (as I am losing weight and am anticipating the next size down) It fit as well and the crotch wasn't too long like the large was. Medium was still easy to put on with a little more resistance than the large.the one problem I had with them shapers was the straps want to detach so I turned them over so the hooks face the opposite direction. Problem solved!

I’m 5’6 weigh around 169-172 normally wear size L, this waist trainer is so comfy!! But for a tighter fit a M will be good ! Not getting paid to comment. Worth every dime.

I take a size medium but found out this does fit snug so I ordered a large & it’s perfect. Flattens, is surprisingly comfortable and leaves No pantyylines.

These are great they keep everything tight and in place. But as any really good shape wear they’re not the most comfortable thing to wear, but considering how well they work the comfort could be worse! Overall very satisfied with this purchase!

A little bit annoyed that I listened to other peoples reviews about the size small being too small to pull up past her legs for that reason I sized up to medium and now it’s loose and I need to get the small i’d say go with your size

I will but another and will be sharing the link for all my friends to buy! Fits perfect! Exactly what I’ve been looking for! I Purchased an xs I am 5’ 1” and about 145lbs recently had lipo 360 and been looking for the perfect waist trainer and I’ve found it!
