    I absolutely love it. I just had a baby not too long ago and my back is still killing me from it, this holds me up. I work out regularly so weight loss wasn't a problem, but this is definitely giving me the shape that I want! When you put it on your butt looks so good! I have used trainers before and I am a 27 waist, so I ordered the 22 but I know what I'm doing I don't suggest this if you're brand new to training! Definitely real steel bone, and I didn't count but there's a good amount, I'm thinking upwards of twenty. I can't remember if the description said how many steel bones were in there! I am definitely happy.

    The only part of this that is steel boned is the front clasps. This is made very well though and very sturdy. This works fantastic as a waist trainer/cincher. I absolutely love it. I normally wear a size 5/6 and my waist is 28 so I bought the small. The medium would have worked better for me but this one is fine I just had to pull it apart in the back a fair amount to fit in it but the cover flap still covers just barely.

    I never write reviews but I am absolutely pleased with this purchase. I am blown away by the quality! Material is nice and thick compared to what I've received before from other low priced vendors. This one is the best by far. I'm about 5 5 and usually a small/medium in clothes. I weigh 128lbs and ordered a small. I know these things are suppose to fit really tight. I managed to get it on the loosest hooks of the 3. Which is what I wanted. I'm hoping to get to the tightest over time. Very happy with this purchase! Exactly what I was looking for :-)

    Great quality for the price. I almost returned it, thinking it was too small. Turns out, I just needed to loosen the laces before hooking it in the front. Some people will already know that but I was clueless.
