I have had a gew shapewear items, but this was by far one of my favorites. The aizing is perfect and I love the three stipr of hooks, so its adjustable. I feel comfortable when wearing it and the boning doesnt cut into my skin. The latex fabric is comfoetable too. It supports my posture and I walk and sit up so much straighter when wearing it! Love it!! So happy with it! I might buy a second one.

Well I was very skeptical at first because I didn't think I was going to be able to get it on ! I'm 5'4 and 165 lbs and I ordered a large. I was determined to get it on because of a event tomorrow I really wanted to wear it too so I laid down on my bed and got it on lol make sure you start from the bottom and go up. Once I got it on, I was so excited. It made me feel so much more confident instantly. I think it's really going to help with my posture as well. Whoever started this fad is just genius!

I love this waist trainer girdle. When i first tried to put it on, I didn't think it was going to fit I thought it was too small. But then I realized i just needed to put some effort in it and once I clipped it all the way up, I knew it was just how I wanted it (tight) so it could do what it's supposed to. I've worn it for 3 days now during work and I see results already. So I can imagine what I will see after a few weeks. None of my coworkers even noticed it either. I absolutely recommend this for daily wearing under your clothes or for working out. My waist has gone down a bit and my stomach started to flatten. After 2 kids you can imagine a pouch and I'm very petite! I weigh about 125 and the medium fits just right and I have 2 more sets of clips for when I shrink more!!

I uploaded a good photo for you guys to show that it does in fact make you smaller! I just got it yesterday so I'm not sure if it will make me shrink at all but I will update my review. Mine fits as expected which is REALLY tight. The size chart said for me to get an xxl but I wanted it to be reallllly tight so I got an xl. I have to do the ol' lay on my back on the bed trick to button it but it makes me look 20lbs lighter! Since mine is a size smaller it is a bit uncomfortable but if you measure an inch above your belly button and get the size advised I'm sure it wouldn't be. I love it! I will let you know if it makes me lose any inches!

I'm 5'3 132 pounds. measurements are 34-32-36. Bought this because I wanted to slim my waist with exercise and healthy eating (although i stress the healthy eating more than the exercise). My waist was smaller when I weighed less, I kinda distributed this weight gain evenly among my belly and thighs but major love handles developed (freshman 15). Anyway, in shirts I was still a small/medium. I ordered a medium which is apparently too small for a 32 inch waist. Must say it took 10 minutes to put on, but as I'm wearing it now it's not constricting, I can still breathe, and at one point you forget you even have it on. Great under clothing. If you're a little chubby and just wanna smoothen the waist like me, then this product will be great, but for anyone a bit heavier, this product isn't for fat loss. It really isn't. Seriously try to burn off extra fat with healthy eating/exercise. Once you're just a lil chubby then definitely use this in conjunction with more dieting and exercising. I suggest just buy your own shirt size; if you're like barely a 32 inch waist like me and really close to 30 then no point in getting a large, you can certainly squeeze that first time, I'm sure it'll get easier the more you train with it. I also suggest to put it on without a bra if you have really big boobs. I had to take my bra off then put the waist trainer on, then the bra. Then you'll see your bra is somewhat on top of the top of the trainer. Even though the waist trainer is under my boobs it's not uncomfortable at all, It's actually lifting them more and giving max support, so when I put a shirt over the trainer, my boobs look lifted as well. Of course the fat is going to poke out in the back, but that's really ok because it means the trainer is doing its job. It helps me eat less portions of healthier meals which is great because I tend to get cravings a lot. Also instantaneously improves posture. Once you're in it, you can't slouch, and I wouldn't try because it might bend the trainer. Also, if you want to sit, that's fine, but you will naturally end up sitting straight because it just won't let you slouch, and again wouldn't try to because the trainer could badly bend. Also, there was no bad smell like other reviews might say. I guess if you're standards are really high (like super high), then you'll find something to poke at, but if you'll settle for any kind of help like me then you'll love it just the same. Hope this review touches upon most stuff for those with issues on size/comfort/effectiveness/smell. I might review in a month to show results if possible, as I just got it today. *updating 12 days: with balanced eating at a cal deficit and some exercise (not crazy, like twice a week), I notice some fat gone and my waist smaller. (down about 2 inches). I wore the trainer about 20 hours per day. not as bad as it sounds because you just get used to it. after 4 days I was able to get on the second. After 7 days, i was on the third row. Now, the third row is beginning to be too loose, so I ordered a small. If you all wanna see results, I really recommend training 18-20 hours a day (includes sleeping in it of course). Its not constricting. I breathe just fine. I don't workout in it because i don't want to bend it. I think it will take about 2 full months for me to get to where i wanna be. My goal is to at one point be able to get into the extra small. If I could go one size down in just 12 days with 20 hrs a day, anyone can! Otherwise, results will take FOREVER. turn 6 months into 2 months easily with devoted consistent long hour training.

I tried it on for about 4-5 hours and it was very good. It enforces posture and I can see overtime it'll help trim down your waist. I made mine super tight and had to take it off to eat some lunch. I like the fact that it has adjustment strings on the back. It's a good product. Fabric is high quality. I bought one for myself and one of my friend.

Fits perfectly, follow the directions for ordering the correct size. Excellently made, heavier than I expected. I have not worn it out yet, I've just tried it on. It is comfortable, you can breath just fine, but it does restrict your movements. I purchased this to go under my New Year's Eve costume, but it is pretty enough to be worn to be seen, I wouldn't personally wear it over clothes, I think it would be just scandalous, lol. Gives you a beautiful hourglass shape, I have a small waist, large hips and medium bust, this makes your bust look incredible (that is why I wouldn't wear it over clothes, I would be just too self-conscience). I think it would work very well for those who are waist training, I am not personally doing this but I've watched the videos to learn how to wear a corset properly and this fits the bill for waist trying purposes.

I bought this waist trainer after seeing a review on youtube and I'm glad I did. This waist trainer smoothed me out and it was exactly the right size.I recommend sizing down and measuring underneath your bell button than the small of your waist.I love it!

The product works. I bought the waist cincher because I was gaining weight, which is a good thing for me. I was getting a bit of a belly in the process so I got it to wear while working out & around the house to allow my stomach to sort of suck itself in. I bought XS (I wear size small shirts) & it was so tight I could hardly close it. My body did adjust after about 2 days, I can close it easily now but its still very tight.

This has been a game-changer with my wardrobe! I have a 6-month old, and still can't fit into my pre-pregnancy clothing. I also have such a weird shape that most garments are not flattering.
