Great product! Sadly mine was a little big, I measured myself but I've never really done that and probably didn't do it right! I ordered a small but I am very petite and should have known I'd need an x-small. My mistake! But the quality seems great for the price!

I was not going to purchase a $200 waist trainer! So I purchased this one and I really like it. I'm currently just on my first week of wearing it and I only wear it a few hours a day while I'm at home. It really prevents me from overeating, which is my main issue. I've tried working out in it but it's a little difficult depending on the workout. Since I haven't been wearing it that long I can't tell if there has been a change yet. If I had a bad day eating wise and I'm wearing it, the next day I don't look bloated. I'm about 145 pounds and 5'4 and I got a medium.

I love this waist trainer!! It is a bit smaller than I thought it would be but i feel it fitter better and better every time I wear it! I only wear it when I'm working out! I wouldn't recommend wearing it under clothes only because it's not slimming! So you can definitely see it over clothes!

This is a really good waist band. I have tried quite a few of them but this one gives me full support and keeps me remembering to activate my abdominal muscles. The quality of this band is amazing. It doesn't feel like it's going to fall apart at all. It is a little bulky so wearing it under a tight shirt might not be a good idea but I usually wear it when I'm at the gym.

So far, this is the best waist cincher I have tried. It is way more comfortable than I am used to- even though it is a bit on the smaller side for me. I am 5'6 and 175lbs and got a large; I knew it would be smaller and I wanted it to be. I can wear it under clothes without it being obvious (thanks to the zipper, I think) and my boyfriend cant stop staring at my behind when I wear it ( I even caught him taking pictures with his phone when I wasn't looking). I have a tiny bit of back bulge cause I got it too small, but its not even bad at all. I wore it for 10 hours on my first day and only was uncomfortable while driving.

I wanted a corset that would last a while, and because my waist was 30' I went ahead and got the smaller size. The problem with doing this is that you can't get the corset loose enough to put on correctly and you chance warping the bust. It should be as loose as possible, and it should basically fall off your body at it's loosest. That's when you snap the front, and then lace it up (work the x's too, don't forget). You could get a smaller size if you wanted to buy longer laces and re-lace the corset, but otherwise stick with your correct sizing I promise it'll be enough for now. Don't forget to season your corset, or it can break or hurt you. This is a good corset for your first time waist training. Sturdy and really, really pretty. Also, if you want to avoid the love handles get the longline version (it looks like it has extended hips).

This product was intended to help suck in and mold my flabby bits but after just an hour of wearing it I noticed that my posture was better and I began to have less and less back pain. I was in an accident in July and was left with horrible back pains that even after therapy, still didn't completely subside. When I wear this whilst doing chores; washing dishes, folding clothes, things I normally hunch over to do, it helps me to stay in a good straight position. I highly recommend this product to those who need back support but don't want big huge bulky braces.

For those wondering about sizing, use their chart, not the Amazon one. My waist is 33.5in and the widest part of my stomach is 37.5in and a 2XL fit just right on the last set of hooks. If it works I will move to the tighter hooks and buy a smaller one (hopefully) when that happens :). If at the very least it makes me feel better about my posture. The only cons is it is a bit challenging to put on for the first time and it smells a kinda funny out of the package. The quality is a bit questionable and it seems like it may stretch out over time, but it seems good for the price. I would buy another one.
