    The sizing said I should be a medium but (30 ) but I ordered a small. At first I laughed when I tried to put it on because I thought there was no way it would close but I got every third clasp in and it was surprisingly comfortable. I wore it about an hour then the next day three and by the fourth day it's like a routine - I put it on and every clasp closes ...I wear it about seven hours and forget it's there. I truly already can tell a difference. I'm thinking by the end of the month I will go a row over , then a row over the month after. Of course I'm lightly working out who cares if you have a tiny waist and nothing else is in shape! Love it.

    Love this product! I was a little skeptical at first, buy after wearing it for a few days, it's become very comfortable. I've had it for almost a month and have been wearing it about 12 hours a day. I can see a major difference in my waist and I am nothing short of happy :)

    I liked the material and the feel, but it was wayyyyy tooo large. I ordered based on the charting size and my mother who wears a XL was also big for her. I will return and probably reorder.

    I ordered according to the size chart. It does fit, but unfortunately I was measuring at the bottom number of the size, so if I lose anything I will need to buy another. I wore this working out and found it hard to breathe deeply during cardio. It looks really nice under clothes - cannot tell I am wearing it and does give me a slimmer appearance. Good quality!

    This is the first waister trainer i've purchased ACTUALLY worth the money. PURCHASE ONE SIZE LARGER THAN THE SHIRT THAT FITS YOU TIGHTLY. IN MY CASE A MEDIUM SIZED SHIRT FITS ME TIGHTLY SO I PURCHASED A LARGE. It was rought to get on at first just had to suck in a little, after it's on your stomach do hurt but after a while it feels comfortable. I just love this waist trainer. WORTH the money.

    My cincher just arrived made very very well materal is strong and comfortable. If you wear a size M get a Large. I have a back deformation called scoliosis which your spine is curved soon as I put it on i felt back support I never felt in my whole life!!! Seriously this is the product to purchase!! If you have trouble putting it on go on YouTube.com there are many videos to show how to put on.
