    Love this thing! Helps with my posture and is a physical reminder to make good choices. Could barely snap it on loosest hook and after 2 weeks of wear, I'm snapping it on tightest and have ordered next size down, hoping to be in it soon! Have recommended to many of my friends and they love theirs too!

    Awesome. Works wonders. Gives you that hour glass figure. Instantly made my waist look three inches smaller. I only wish I had ordered a bigger size because it took me some time to get it over my hips. Other than that this is an excellent shaper. I definitely will be ordering another.

    I'm 5'11 about 200 even. I have an athletic/curvy build. I ordered the XXL steel boned and it fits perfectly. It also helps with posture and I love that it is long enough so it doesn't shift around.

    I've used several cinchers/corsets and paid between $10 to $150...this has been the best value for the buck so far. I'm 5 7, 220lbs, with a 38 inch waist. I got the 3x and it fits perfect. It's long enough to cover my back fat and bottom of stomach. It's very sturdy and does not roll up. I was barely able to get it closed at first but within a few hours I moved it to the tightest latch. It's comfortable enough to wear all day and to the gym. Go by the size chart when measuring and measure the narrowest part of your waist just above your belly button. I plan to buy one every month until I'm down to a 28 inch waist!

    Okay so normally I am a very small person and find it hard to find clothes that fit me small enough. I am usually 104lbs, 5'5 , 30 DD and a 22 inch waist. However, currently I am 117lbs and 28in waist due to a side effect of a medication I am having to take. So it was tough wearing a lot of my shirts without them looking too clingy or me looking too heavy for them. I won't be on the medication forever so I didn't want to have to buy new clothes. I read literally all of the reviews for the Yianna women's sport workout latex shape wear. I didn't know what size to get. I normally always wear a x-small or buy big kids clothing sizes. I had almost settled on a small when I kept reading people who weight 50+ more lbs but around the same height would say that a medium fit them well!! So I hesitated, then expected the worse and hoped for the best and ordered a x-small. When I first received the item, I wasn't sure like many others, that I was going to be able to get this on. But after giving it a solid try, I was able to get in on by starting at the top and working my way down. It is EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE and now I can wear my shirts with ease until this weight drops off. I have it fastened on the first set of hooks, so there is plenty of room to go down in size with the next two columns of hooks as I lose more weight. The length is perfect and ends right at my jeans which I wear on the lower side of my hips. I got the beige color because it was neutral and it doesn't show through lighter color shirts and works great under dark ones. If your clothing is super tight and thin, you might be able to see the support bar lines through your clothing, but nothing that is too obtrusive...they're minimal. It looks nice and adds a nice hourglass shape to your sides. I am extremely happy with this item and will repost if anything changes.

    Based on the size chart, I should've probably got a large, but I got a medium. I am 5'8 and 150 lbs. I could just barely close the medium on the widest set of hooks. That said, once it was on, it was extremely comfortable, and it literally made me look like I had lost 10 lbs! The only thing is, it does give me a little roll of back fat up top in the back, but it's not a huge deal. I will definitely buy this product again.

    I love this waist trainer !! At first I was a bit skeptical on buying one and had to see a lot of them until I came upon this particular one that I saw had a lot of reviews and I'm glad I saw them because they helped me pick the right size !!
