    I love this product! I was about to spend over $100 for the same waist trainer on a different site but figured I would give the cheaper option a shot before doing so. It fit perfectly with my dimensions and after only 3 weeks I have decreased from the third row to the first. I would definitely continue to buy the same product in alternative sizes as needed. The only time I feel uncomfortable wearing this product is when I am sitting for long periods of time (it can cause a weird buckling look in the middle of your stomach and push up into the wires of your bra causing some sensitivity to your underarms). I have worn this for a night out, to the gym, and running errands and it has given me the hourglass figure I wanted. Friends that I have shared my secret with have also bought the same product and love it just as much! I would recommend washing/drying delicately as to maintain good quality.

    im a 31 waist and this fits me on the very first setting. but i have a lot of water weight. I'm 170 and 5'8 . i used to be super fit, and played rugby, but now i have a lot of water weight (non solid fat). ...ive read the size chart and the reviews and its hard to say which one will fit you. i was a 28 waist most of my life, and 140 pounds. so,... medium is topping out at size 7-9? i was a size 5 most of my life.

    I have set goals for this year for some of the things that I am striving for, such as exercise and maintain a nice weight and figure. One of my family members has a waist trainer and she looks GREAT! I asked what are you doing to keep your shape and she told me about the waist trainer. I purchased a waist trainer and was not for sure what will happen. I am in my second week and I am seeing results. I work and exercise in it and planning on buying another one just to have as a backup and for causal and dressy wear. Yes I would recommend this product.

    LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOOOOOOVE this waist trainer. The quality is great. It does not fold, it does not stretch throughout the day. I was blown away. The price is extremely affordable for the quality. I will be ordering one in each color!

    Great quality product just cut really small so you may want to go up a size of what you would normally wear in a top. Shipped very fast! I love it and it was money well spent for a beginner.

    I am a size 27' waist and I bought a M. It fit perfect! Of course you have to squeeze it on and it should be a little bit tight. I wore this for two days, after my second day I could move down a notch. I couldn't believe it! I wore it on the second notch for two days and I can now put it on the last notch. Now I was skeptical. How can I move notches so quickly and easily ? I still have no idea. I started measuring the the length of the waist trainer when I went onto the second notch to see if it was stretching, but it stayed the same. I can see little to no results to my body, but it has to be doing something if I have moved notches! I'm starting to think it's magic or something ! Hope this helped !

    Extremely high quality,definitely shapes your waist! It's great for using while at home doing chores or evening watching TV and at the gym to sweat some inches off. I'm a college student and I really recommend it to those to avoid freshman 15. It definitely preserves your shape but don't expect it to be a miracle worker, you do have to change habits to see progress
