    I'm size 8, 135 lbs and got a M. It BARELY fits, but I hope it starts to fit better! I actually like wearing it - it makes me aware of my core, breathing, posture, I sweat with it, which is good. It's a good addition to my fitness routine. It seems like the velcro will hold up, and hope the stinky smell fades!

    I love it. It's really comfortable definitely worth it. Just be careful with the size you choose. I'm 5 6 and 220 lbs and I was able to fit into a large.

    Based of reviews, I originally purchased a 2XL. But it was too small, so I ordered a 3XL and it fits perfectly. For reference, I wear a medium shirt and size 10 pants, waist is 37 ....but not for long. I wear on the largest setting (1st hook). It's remarkably (and unexpectedly) comfortable, and doesn't limit my activity. If not used as a waist trainer, it's a great addition to your lingerie drawer. TIP: Start hooking from the BOTTOM up or you'll be refastening those hooks for hours.

    Here's the thing- this is well made. True to size (don't try to squeeze in, you do not squeeze in this). It looks HOT when you have it on and are looking at yourself in the mirror. However, I am a single, HAF lady and you cannot lace and tie this on your own. Yes, laugh now, but when you are shopping for this are you really thinking about how it will go on?? I didn't think so. Well made, but you need help getting it situated.
