    This waist trainer belt is awesome. I wear it during my workouts and not only does it suck my stomach in, it also supports my back when lifting weights. It has very tight fit and kinda restricts your movement but i feel as if my back is being supported. I also have commend Amazon b/c the return process was easy and quick. The first waist trainer I purchased was to small therefore, I had to exchange it for a Large and the process was easy and its seems as though my second order came faster than my first.

    Love it so far. I would say it doesn't cover the entire belly but it's just as with any waist belt... I'm 5'5 172 and the large was perfect... wearing it right now. Love working out with it as well.... very sturdy belt for the price!!!!

    I ordered a 3x my waist is 43 inches and it fits me great! It's takes some getting use to but u just have to keep putting on until u can keep it on all day. I started on the first row and now I'm on the second row. I haven't used any creams just watching my portions and I haven't exercised do go a knee injury. When this 3x is too big, I will purchase from this company for my next size down!
