    I purchased this petticoat to use for Valentine's Day! I had finally found the perfect Hearts & London dress for an amazing price and pounced on it but it needed just a little something to add that special poof! Because the tulle has a lining beneath it, the petticoat didn't irritate my fibromyalgia at all! I'm no longer a tiny woman and there was no slippage at the waist as some things tend to do. Overall it was very comfortable & a great price too! Can't go wrong with this one!
