This is really nicely made for the price. I was actually kind of surprised how well it's made and its functionality. Within a day, it fixed my posture. I looked and felt taller, even my husband noticed the difference on day one. And within the next couple of days, i felt and saw a difference in my body structure and clothes. Definitely worth buying to try out, more than enough for a beginner! definitely recommend!

I really enjoy the fact that it isn't as constricting as the latex one with the clips. I can adjust it a alot more when I wear it to the gym I have more flexibility and I enjoy being able to loosen it up or tighten depending on the workout. This is also great for my posture and helps me sit straight.
