    I eat healthy and I am a fit 55 year young lady! I ordered this waist trainer to support my bad back at the gym. However it helps my pain so much I wear it often when I have things to do that could compromise an injury! I didn't expect the extra perk of getting a curve back in my waist line that hasn't been there since having kids, I don't have rolls on my waist I am pretty lean! But I now have curves again!!!

    I bought this slip for a great dress I bought for my daughter on Amazon. Glad I bought it really made the dress look so pretty. Without the slip the skirt would have been too flat against her legs. This slip made the dress prettier. It is very well made and a great value.

    I really SERIOUSLY love it. But I underestimated it's authenticity and purchased a size much smaller thinking it'd be flimsy and stretchy. I will be military dieting to lose the couple inches ASAP! Lol Thanks.
