    Fit perfect and unlike my first waist trainer, I can wear it and it barely noticeable under my clothing. First waist trainer, you could see my hooks.

    I looooooooved this cincher!!! It really gets the job done!!! It is comfortable to wear, it moves with your body, without poking you in the side!!! I would definitely suggest this to friends. Wonderful product. Your first time putting it on may require some help, (a bit factory stiff), but afterwards, if you order 1 size down, you should be fine putting it on all by yourself (using the first row of hooks). Excellent buy too!!!

    I LOVE MY WAIST TRAINER. I WAS VERY SCARED BECAUSE FROM THE OTHER WAIST TRAINERS I HAVE BEEN ORDERING THEY EITHER HAVE BEEN TOO SMALL OR NOT AS TIGHT AS I WOULD LIKE IT TO BE. AND I CAN SAY WITH CONFIDENCE THAT THIS WAIST TRAINER IS FITTED TO THE T! I WEAR A SIZE 18 1X AND I ORDERED A 3X IN THE WAIST TRAINER THAT HAS A PERFECT FIT. IT DOES NOT ROLL UP IN THE BACK AND YOU CAN NOT EVEN TELL THAT YOU ARE WEARING ONE. YOU CAN WORK OUT IN IT AND ALSO MOVE AROUND COMFORTABLY IN IT AS WELL. I SUGGEST YOU ORDER ONE FROM THIS COMPANY!

    It was an,still is ideal,it's a beautiful garment it took 30 mins for me to get it on FIRSTTIME after that it was,still hard but easier. It is so comfortable and it suck in,everything I have fibriods so my stomach is huge like a 5mts pregnancy and I look fabulous wearing this. You can,sleep in it it does not roll it does not move u can breath an best of all u loose inches Am about to buy my second Good luck all!!!

    This is one of the best body shapers I've had in a while. It slims you in your core and also provides great posture/back support. It's uncomfortable at first, but so worth the buy

    I wear a size 12 im 5'2 and am 185lbs i went by the sizeing chart and ordered a XL. I have a short torso and it fits great. this is my first training belt and to be honest i wasnt all that sure about it i really did know what to expect but i love it so far. um The two strap that come from behind i think are suppose to velco on top of each other but i feel thats just a little to tight so i just velco them lined up together i have large boobs and if i wear it velcoed on top of one another it pinches me underneath my boobs.I have to kinda play with it for a minute or so to get it the way i feel best in it. Um the Only thing i dont like is you wont be able to wear it under form fitting shirts. but under tee-shirts your good. i also wear a sweat belt underneath mine to help with weight loss while im training as well.

    This waist shaper/trainer is great! It hugs my sides perfect. It is a bit bulky but if you plan to wear it at the gym or around the house it is a great addition to buy. I recommend verses the corset trainers if you're talking about working out in it. The product came right on time, plus the price is even better.
