I loved this shaper! It was a bit hard to get on but that is expected considering it's made to suck everything in. I wear under my clothing (tight, loose, workout) and you can't even notice it! I've bought this twice and I was very satisfied with both!

Amazing! Got the thong shape wear to wear under a fitted dress which I'm not normally confident enough to do but it tried it on with this and it makes my waist look tiny! Gives me even more of an hourglass shape, sucks in the tummy but leaves other curves natural. Definitely buying another one!

5'6 145lbs, I purchased a large and it's the perfect fit. The thong isn't uncomfortable and there are no areas of spillage along any of the edges. Much firmer hold that I thought it would have, good for under dresses or even just jeans and a shirt.

I'm in LOVE! After having a baby 6 months ago. My third c-section and then needing to have open hernia repair surgery 3 months after the baby I was feeling very insecure. This shaper deff help bust my spirits. I'm still very swollen after the hernia and looking forward to getting back in shape in the next 6 months.

I ordered a Medium and I feel that I'll be ordering a Small in 6 months.

I brought a size XL a month after delivery 6 months ago and am now down to a medium. Very satisfied customer!

I'm currently a size 10-12 and plan to get down to a size 6-8. I was a 6 before getting pregnant.

The opening to use the bathroom is very open if your not comfortable with that wear panties OVER this shaper. Not too tight at all but deff sucks everything IN. I'll be wearing it all day tmrw at work.

The suit came in broken, the strap was missing it's clip. I quickly contacted the seller and they were amazing. They replied quickly, and helped me solve the problem right away! I definitely recommend this item! Although I tried it on without a strap it still fit great. I'm around 230 pounds and this completely took away my muffin top and made me look great! I'm still waiting for my new one to come in! Give this a try ladies! It makes you feel wonderful and gives one more confidence!

Very nice! Word for the wise...it is TIGHT! BUT, let's face it....you want it to be!! So, once I got it on, it WORKED GREAT!!!!! It is NOT hard to breathe, it is comfy, actually!!! Great purchase, we'll worth it!!!! (I wear a large, but got the XL due to the comments I read about it being tight. It was a perfect fit!)

LOve Love LOve., I bought Two an xsmall and a small. I am 4'11 and 120lbs. Im a little heavy for my height so i needed something that I could wear everyday as a waist trainer and something that would make me look snug in a dress ( xs). IT IS A MISSION TO PUT ON AND TAKE OFF SO HAVE PEOPLE READY TO PULL. But it looked amazing. the wedgies are no fun lol...

I got this in a size XXL after reading all the reviews .. I'm 5 3 198 pounds 38DDD wear a size 12/10 pants and large/xlarge top .. it fit like a glove sung but not to tight .. the straps inbetween the legs and on the shoulders are adjustable.. I will be ordering another in a XL for when I lose more weight !!!

Ok so I had this item for a few weeks and wanted to wait a good amount of time before I left a review and was able to wear the item a few times.

I am not going to lie when I first tired to put it on I was ready to just give up but it was worth the fight. I personally wouldn't recommend unhooking the hooks before putting it on. At least it was a royal disaster for me. I simply pulled it up like normal except I put the hooks on the second row. Once I did that I just wiggles it up my thighs (which are thick).

The hold is amazing and it also helps me keep my back completely erect and for a person with back problems that was a great thing for me.

The only thing I wish was that it was as annoying as it is to go to the bathroom with this on. I say that because if you bought it a size smaller or if it is already a snug for, once you unhook the hooks it will try to roll up quick!

It looks like it will do good but the sizing was off for me. Maybe because I waist train already. I ordered a medium and should have got a small.
If you waist train already, I suggest going a size down.

It's best to order a size up because it's extremely tight and hard to put on but boy is it worth it!!! Definitely holds mid section in and yet still comfortable once on correctly. You will love this item to wear under dressed or with body suits etc to take control of the stomach area and also to not have pant lines.. I love it! I usually wear large in clothing I ordered a xlarge because of the reviews I saw and how difficult it was for them to put on ☺
