Fit great! It adjusts two ways inside. 5'6 168 lbs hour glass figure and large fit good. Took care of my baby belly left from birth of my son. Everything looked smooth under a lace mermaid style dress.

I went by the reviews of other women around my size, instead of the product chart and it paid off! I am 5'4 , 40/37/42 and I purchased an XL. Its not too hard to do the hook part, but zipping is a bit of a challenge. Totally worth it, it smooths out everything and holds it in where I need it. I purchased the shorts version, rather than the g-string based on the comfort reviews. It fits more like a boyshort and doesn't make a line where the shorts cross your legs or bum because its more elastic around that area. The whole thing is flexible enough for me to breathe, but I don't know if I could actually work out in it, though i think the idea is to wear it as much as you can to help shape and for those special occasions where you need to keep everything in its place for that perfectly flattering outfit you bought to impress someone ;) There are no hooks in the crotch, its just crotchless and contrary to some other reviews the opening is not so big that your parts go squishing out of it. I will probably still move it to the side when using the bathroom, or as other reviews stated, take it all the way down if needed. If you're reading this, just go with your gutt and get one, you won't be disappointed!

This was perfect for my trip to Vegas. Mom of 2 belly but wanted to feel sexy. Def gave me the hour glass look I was going for But boy I didn't think I was going to be able to get out of by the end of the night. Thank goodness for the crotch hooks so I could go to the bathroom without fighting the shaper in the stall

First of all i don't like to write reviews but I decided to write on this one because of all the body shapers I have bought, both high-end and low-end, this is the only one that says what it does for me I don't know about other people but this is the real thing. It works like magic. I love the fact that I can wear my skinny gowns now without any traces of it showing. Also, anytime I wear it, i don't feel hungry. I had my baby 6 months ago and exclusively breastfeeding.
I wear cloth size US Medium and I bought this in small and it fits perfect. Make sure you wear your undergarment first before you wear this to avoid the thong touching your thing down below
