I love this item! If you follow the manufactures sizing guidelines for sizing then you will be fine. Not the generic size chart that amazon gives you! Only 3 complaints, well 2 because I personally don't like thongs to begin with. 1) The back fabric was a little to loose for my liking but it really was not that big of a deal. 2) After wearing it for a long amount of time the thong tends to start to dig in and hurt my tail bone. But, I have a big booty therefore I don't really like thongs because my butt eats them. 3) I wish that the thong closure area was snaps and not hook and eye. Other, than that, I love it! Well, I love it even with my little complaints. Way better than my spanx.

Hands down the best body shaper I have ever purchased!! Sucks your mid section nice and tight! You can barely see the zipper through your clothes so very discrete. I would recommend buying the next size up because the inside hooks are not very strong and easily tare from the fabric (it was easy to sew back on but still a pain in the butt)

THIS IS AMAZING!

I am a size 10, height is 5'5 and I weigh 168lbs and I bought a size 2XL.

I still have my mommy pouch on my stomach from having my daughter and it makes all dresses look awful on me.

However, this little life saver made a dramatic change to that. See the photos!

My one concern with this product is that if you're not used to wearing a thong I would suggest getting the one that comes down like shorts.

Love this product. I ordered an XL and I wear a size 10-12 women’s pants and L women’s shirts. It holds me in very well.
I’ve had gastric sleeve surgery and have quite a bit of excess skin from losing over 100 pounds. After wearing this consistently for the past two weeks I’ve seen the skin shrink - likely water loss from the sweat - but it’s shrunk down.
I just ordered a second one.

Go up two sizes than usual shirt size the material is really tight but highly recommend it smooths the fatness down

I love this body shaper! I ordered an extra large, I'm 170lbs 5'3 but I'm curvy, so I only have a bit of tummy which this worked great for. Getting it on and off is a breeze. I got the zippered shaper with with the hooks inside. Mine also came with the hole in the crotch area which is fine because I wear it with underwear anyway. I love the strapless feature, although I have to tuck the ends into my bra when wearing thin tshirts because you can see the edges of the shaper, this does not happen when I'm wearing it with the straps. Speaking of the straps, the material is sturdy although a bit unforgiving. It was a bit uncomfortable in the armpit area, not unbearable but I can see how after a few hours of dancing or constant movement the area might become a bit tender from the constant rubbing of the straps. Overall, the issues are small enough that they don't merit taking off a star for. I didn't notice the dramatic decrease in size that some others have said (up to 2 sizes, wow!) but I did lose an inch or so and it streamlined my midsection very nicely. Overall, great product for the price, and it does as intended.

Really does snatch you up, my waist is a 32 and I got a medium. I needed another person to help me put it on which can be annoying also the piece that attaches in between the legs can be some work as well. Im extremely satisfied and feel so confident in my tight dresses again. GLAD I GOT ONE!!!!

I love it. It was little apprehensive in buying but Im glad I did. I fit just right. I bought a 2x. Im 5'5, 210 lbs, and 40DDD. Great quality, comfortable, and bonus the crouch area is open to use the bathroom. I will be ordering another one soon. I have now worn this shaper. I absolutely love it. It smooths out my waist and stomach.

I am 5’8 and weight 192. I am very pleased with this shaper. I would recommend buying it. I read all the reviews and most said it runs small. I decided to buy the XL. The fit it nice and not to tight (I might have been able to wear the L). Under the zipper it has hooks similar to a bra. I tried it under a thin cotton fitted dress and I felt like you could see it. However, when I tried it under my workout gear i looked incredible!! It is a thong and when sitting it is uncomfortable even of the last set of hooks.
