I've probably bought a total of 6 body shapers since having my twins two years ago and they have all failed! But I finally found the golden ticket! I am 5'4, 175 lbs and have a major postpartum belly due to carrying twins and having a C section. I purchased the XL and it hides my belly giving me a booty and a waist! Buy the thong with the zipper TRUST ME! And wear underwear.

195lb Ordered a lg.. Works wonders.. I look great in it def enhances my curves BUT it is extremely tight like uncomfortably tight... A headache to get on and off.. Unable to wear a sleeveless shirt because of the way the straps are too far apart. Good thing you can remove the straps..Thong part is super uncomfortable very tight. You have an uncomfortable wedgie every time.. It makes you look so good at times I take the chance being uncomfortable just so i can look great in my dress lol

I cannot say enough great things about this body shaper! I'm 5'4 110lbs, and ordered the extra small. I'm also 46 years old and though thin, nothing is where it used to be and thanks to genetics I carry extra weight in the middle. I ordered the zip up boy short shaper in nude and not only does it flatten my stomach, it gives me a waist!! My confidence is way up and it's so nice not to have to suck in my stomach in public. I'm also shocked by how comfortable it is compared to any other I have tried in the past. Will be ordering this in black also!!

Was no problem putting it on. I didnt have to tug. Fastening the snaps took a little time but is workable just hold in your tummy. Am really pleased with this purchase. I wanted something to slim me down while I lose a few pounds. I have made many purchases of this type of product and was never able to get them pass my knees. Not the case here. I am able to sit down and still breathe. It is comfortable. Give it a try. I got an xlarge. I have the panty version.I wear a size 12.

To help some people out it fits as it should! I am 5 ft 2 140lbs (all boobs and butt with a 26 inch waist). It is comfortable enough that I can wear it for daily use. I got the seamless black thong one. The thong does not bother me but take into consideration that I am 5 ft 2. The medium for me is just snug enough to make me smooth out but loose enough that I can eat and sit comfortably

I cannot believe a waist trainer this affordable has worked for me. I was so nervous to buy it because of the price but it is so worth it. I am a curvy girl and this snatched me all the way up and makes me look even better in my clothes. My stomach is completely flat when I wear it. I wear a size 1x so I ordered a 2x and it fits perfectly. Do not feel like you have to spend $100 or more for a good waist trainer!!! This is the cheapest trainer I have purchased and it has workered the best.

Very hard to get on and I wish it was a little longer for taller girls but it really works great and quickly became the only one I wear out of a 5 I have and will be buying again...you can’t beat the snap so you don’t have to tear it off for the bathroom and it really makes you sweat.

Works great ! Straps A little bituncomfortable. I am 5 foot in about 138 pounds and medium works great. It is not too tight or hard to get on but it does Flatten everything out.
