I just recently had a baby and this shaper definitely helps keep everything contained. I am 130 something right now and I got a medium. It was extremely tight, hard to latch and zip up by myself but I did it. I feel like that’s what it Should do. It helped me get back into my normal jeans while giving me a straight back (posture). And it definitely lifts the boobs. Mine look as if I had my breast done while wearing this. I recommend this product and would buy again. If anything you might want to size up cause I feel like it does run a tad on the smaller size but as I said i just had a baby so everyday I breastfeed my uterus shrinks and it got easier to put on. Still super tight though.

I am 5 6 and 160ish lbs. A little on the chubby side. I got a tight fitting bridesmaids dress for a wedding. My fat rolls were protruding in the dress so I decided to research between this product and regular Spanx. Spanx was pricey, and since I'd spent a lot on this wedding already I wanted something relatively cheap. I got a large. It was quite difficult to put on, and hard to take off as well. BUT this shaper worked wonders. It smoothed out my rolls or lines or whatever. It is going to be a struggle to breathe but hey it's totally worth it. Also helps you stand and sit up straight if that matters to you. I'll add pics later

So it 100% flattens my tummy and lifts the bum! Which is amazing! A little con I suppose is that it’s not super comfortable. (Rides up a bit) it could just be my specific body type though. Overall 100% will be wearing under my clothing to look slimmer and make me more conscious about sitting up straight.

LOVE THIS! I normally wear a size 6 in pants and a 4/6 in dresses! I have a tiny mommy pooch and I got a size medium because I am 5’8” and it fit snug but not uncomfortable. Sucked in my muffin tops thank god! This is a must buy and I’ve bought expensive ones I hated.

Love the firm, compression of this garment. Flattened my belly and contoured my love-handles. I weigh 130 lbs, 5 3, very curvy, short waist. Will purchase 2nd garment, maybe a 3rd!

This is truly the best shapewear I have ever purchased. It's tight and holds everything in but you can still breathe. No matter what the dress, it works well especially because I can wear my own bra and it comes as a thong so no visible panty lines! The only thing I wish was different was that the straps were a bit more narrow as they are quite wide so sometimes I have to pin them depending on what I wear so you can't see them. The crotch snaps make using the bathroom really easy. I own two of these and highly recommend them!

Contrary to previous reviews....this does not run small. I am 5’6 150 pounds. I wear a medium top and a 5-7 jeans. Due to the reviews I decided to size up to a large. I would have easily fit into a medium. It took me less than a minute to get up (mostly hard to get past your butt) and there is fabric is bunching at my back. That being said, I am glad I did get the large though. After having kids and not losing all the “baby weight” I avoid wearing form fitting clothes and although this body shaper is a size too big I am not use to it. I think a medium would have been too uncomfortable for me. I am probably going to order the medium in a month after I get more used to wearing it!
