I wear a size small in Gap (since they run big) and I fit a large perfectly fine. But I also bought a Medium too for extra suction. It's pretty comfortable and can wear all day, under tank tops, dresses and work clothes. Put on legs first and it's easy to get on. I bought the thong version so you may have issues if you are tall bc it will ride up your hoo-ha.

If you are looking for a good sash Do not hesitate to buy this one, it was recommended 100% just make sure your size I weigh about 200 pounds and order a size L I think an Xl would have served me better but I am glad to see you bought this product And the size L also worked so much that I do not stop using it is totally amazing miracles in your body molds it exelente. (Thanks to the seller for having this belt for the market that we need) I am very happy with my purchase and ask for more

The thong body shaper. Waist is 38 inches, hips are much bigger, I bought an XL. It fits great and sucks all the fat in and smooths everything out. If you're tall or have a long torso the thong may be a bit uncomfortable. I didn't really follow the size chart because 3X seemed to big for me. I wear an XL shirt so I got an XL. It took a while to get on and up because of my thighs and hips but once its past that point it was fine. I would suggest wearing it when you first get it to help break it in. Do not wait until you need to wear it for an event. Put it on, wear it for a few hours see how it feels, if it makes you itch or sweat more than usual so you can determine how it will work for you while you're out. The only issue I have is that the thong/crotch strap is trying to give me a really aggressive camel toe. I don't think I could have that strapped all night.
I like this one so I'd buy again hopefully next month in a Large.

Ordered 3xl and it was way too tight. 5'9 and #165 Sweating before I could even get the thing on! It would've probably worked had it not been for the giant hip bulge created where the tank ends. I tried adding bra extenders in the crotch as it was short in torso, which helped.
