I had originally listened to the other reviewers and sized up and got an XL but it was too big and held nothing in what's so ever. So I returned it and got a large. I'm not going to lie, it was hard to get it past my hips and even harder to take off (I take it off by going over my head), but once on, it did its job. sucked in my sides pretty darn well, practically flat, the stomach was not as tight as I wanted but it definitely helped A WHOLE LOT though. definitely happy with the product and plan to use it for waist training, working out, and for looking good in tight dresses. FYI my hips are 49ish and waist 37ish inches. Hope this helps all you future buyers!

Perfect! Thanks to all the ladies posting before and after pics, I based my decision off of those and was not disappointed! It takes away my mommy pooch, back rolls, and dropped me down 2 sizes because of this. It has 2 different multiple bra hooks going up the stomach so you have room to tighten or loosen it, then a zipper going up over those and a small hook above the zipper. I do have a short midsection, so it is comfortable, but if I was taller I'm not sure I would have the same opinion. It corrects my posture, and makes my breasts looked stacked. It is crotchless (didn't realize this when I first ordered it) but that worked out just fine where going to the bathroom is concerned. The straps go around the bra and sits right under it comfortably, now the straps do rub my underarms a bit, but nothing loosening them didn't help with. All in all, money very well spent!!

I absolutely love this thing!!! Gives you shapely looks without all those hooks of a corset type shaper. It holds you in even when sitting. Easy to open the bottom when having to use the bathroom. Super great value for the money seeing as I almost paid 80+ dollars for the same type of thing. Doesn't give you an unreal look, you look pretty naturally shaped even still. And gives your boobs a nice lift too! If only they made one to suck my thighs in too....

I had to! had to! had to! review these/this! I got tan and black in size Medium. I am 5’2” and weigh 149. I had a procedure done, liposuction, on Sept 9 and they require you to wear a first stage garment, they give that to you. Then you wear a 2cnd stage garment, which is a full body shaper, Granny-panty line Ughh. It is designed to be very tight and hold you in! You have to pay $75 for that! And you have to wear it for months AND it gives you Granny panty lines! SO I searched on Amazon and found these! THANK GOD! These are amazing! The quality is extraordinary. They are very tight! Hold you in and are very silky smooth! I instantly feel and look slimmer and my posture seems to be a bit more corrected. And of course, no more panty lines! I am so so thankful I found and bought these. The price is unbeatable. Especially when other companies are selling their old fashioned ones for 3x the amount! (ISAVELA is the brand that Sono Bello has you purchase from) THESE ARE MEANT TO BE VERY FORM FITTING SO IT IS TIGHT WHEN YOU GET IT DON’T THINK ITS TOO SMALL YOU DON’T WANT THIS TO BE LOOSE AT ALL.

This is amazing!! It fits snug but it does exactly what it's suppose to do. I ordered based on the size chart and reading others comments. I ordered a large and it fit perfectly. I'm about 5'4 and weight around 155 lbs. I had a baby over a year ago and needed something to help smooth my tummy out in dresses. It's a little constricting but overall not bad.

I have never bought shapewear like this before and I had no idea what to expect. I am 5’8” and 200 pounds. I read the reviews and at first bought an XL. Big mistake! I took it out of the package and put it right back inside and returned it. Then because the product looked so very well made I decided to go with the 3x. Now I can see that this a progressional body suit! The 3x is tight but not uncomfortable at all! I am so excited about this find and will be purchasing more after I loose a bit more weight. Also I have a large tummy ( the only place I am large) and this gave me a smoother look and did reduce the appearance but to be honest I had dreams of being flattened like a VS supermodel. Unrealistic expectations although I can see getting there with this product and more exercise. Also my back looks much smoother and smaller. Damn great product all the way! Buy it you won’t be disappointed. Also I do have a long torso and a lot of reviews said to buy a bra extender, I will follow that advice but it is not necessary only to add a bit of comfort.

It's like night and day! I absolutely love this shaper. I'm 268 and ordered a xxlarge. I had it on in 2minutes. If you follow the chart you should be fine. My first wear I had it on for about 5hrs and was fine. I can't lie u couldn't wait to take it off though. But I think that was due to me going out to eat with my husband and was stuffed. So towards the end it was a bit uncomfortable. But I will wear it again and give an updated post. I totally recommend it though.

This is ideal for me. Exactly what I need. Compression is enough to rid me of any muffin top and gives me my waistline I had in my 30s. The material is soft and gives no unnatural visual effects under my clothing when I sit and stand and move around..no weird panty lines and no need to continually readjust throughout my day. So normally I wear a L/XL. I ordered an xl and it snatched me to the gawwwdsss. Buttttt it kept rolling down and was super uncomfortable, and SUPER hard to put on. I decided to order a 3x and it still snatched me to the gawwwwdssss! It was way more comfortable, not difficult to put on, and it didn’t roll down. So go two sizes up. Looks like I got my body done by Dr Miami, made my booty look amazing.
